Big patch
I prefer the smaller patches but this one was stickier than some of the big patches I have bought in the past and it didn't peel off while sleeping. It had a nice heat to it and my back felt better the next day

Great for lower back pain!
For years I have suffered with lower back pain. These both work very well and provide great coverage to my lower back. They're easy to use, don't smell (like some products do), and are easy to clean up. The heat is great for relaxing the muscles. Is highly recommend.

Not what I was expecting
When I receive the BackAid heat therapy patch in the mail, I was excited to try it out. After seeing the quality of the packaging and the patches themselves, I had high hopes for the product. I ended up trying out 2 of the 3 that were in the box and got the same results both times. It was very easy to remove it from it's packaging and to place it on my own lower back. I started off being very pleased with just how quick that it started warming up. Unfortunately for me, things went downhill after that. Over an hour or not testing it out, the patch didn't seem to be any hotter than it was 10-15 minutes after applying it. I wasn't expecting it to be at least 3-4 times hotter than it was. There were even points of time that I forgot that I was even wearing the patch. If I wasn't sitting or laying a certain way so that there was decent pressure pushing the patch against my back, I wouldn't feel the heat at all. I was very disappointed. The results were no better with the 2nd one either.

RELIEF!!
I have to admit that I was very skeptical of this product. I've tried and used competitor products with little to no success. So, I was highly surprised by not only what a large area the patch covered, but also the pure relief I felt. There are three in the box and they last 16 hrs, which is wonderful. It was very easy to apply to my lower back (yes, I had help from my husband).

Let’s Heat it Up!
This works so much better than I was anticipating! It says really warm for several hours, it helped to loosen my tight muscles and it didn’t even feel like I was wearing anything. This is a total win! I love it!

Nice patch
This is a good pain relief patch. It compares well the the big make brands. It was not over powering and did what it was supposed to. I used it for some shoulder pain and it did provide relief.

Back pain relief
I received the Backaid Heat Therapy Patch when I was having a lot of low back and hip pain. I applied the patch and within a few minutes felt the warming. It stayed at a very warm but comfortable temperature for a long time. It helped relieve my discomfort, was easy to use, and very convenient.

Soothing Relief
I have had bad lower back pain so this Backaid therapy patch was something I was immediately excited to try. I can say it definitely soothed the soreness & seemed to loosen the tightness & make it possible to gain some more mobility. The only problem was with it sticking, it may have provided longer relief if it has stayed on. Unfortunately parts would start peeling & moving so I ended up pulling the whole thing off. Even if I tried reapplying it didnt want to stick too good. I went through the whole box of 3 in no time. It never stayed 16 hours on my back but still continued to feel better after using.

Adhesive works great. Product take a bit to get warm but once it’s warm it stays warm for quite some time.

Decent portable heating pack
This was a decent heating disposable heating pad. It got mildly warm, and stayed so for a few hours. However it took awhile to get warm and was never hot enough to my liking. The adhesive design worked well though.

Great pain reliever
