Better tasting than most
So overall these are perfect for baking. I love them. Great for adding a burst of flavor to any baked good. But you wanna try something amazing? Add it to your sourdough with some cranberries or blueberries. Omg that will blow you away. Not overly sweet but very indulgent and so amazing

Works Great For Melting
I have used this chocolate for making rich, creamy hot chocolate (along with cocoa powder) and for melting and drizzling on to homemade date bars. It worked well for both applications. I took off one star just because there is another brand that I slightly prefer the taste of. However, I do like this bar and would purchase it again.

If you are feeling frisky and want to serve your guests a bit of luxury, use these. The flavor is worth the cost. I am Frugal Frannie over here and rarely go all out for costly items. Ghirardelli is worth the splurge. Flavor is on point and the packaging makes you feel a bit fancy-Nancy. ;-)

Decadent
The only chocolate I use for baking. It has a great quality. When paired with chocolate chips in something, the chunks really shine. 10/10 will continue to purchase forever. I would recommend.

Ghirardelli baking bar is not the best tasting I like LIndt baking bar and in addition Ghirardelli baking bar does not taste well after baked in cookies.

The best
I love Ghirardelli chocolate for baking. I do quite a lot of baking and I’ve used a lot of different brands of chocolate, but I find that Ghirardelli is one of the best quality. Yes, it is expensive, but for me the quality is more important, so I don’t mind paying more for good quality ingredients.
