Great for baking
Been using this brand for quite some time and really love the quality. I love the semisweet chocolate as it has the perfect balance of sweetness for me, not too bitter. Works great on baked items, cookies, cake fillings, and frostings.

Love Love Love
I live using Ghirardelli's semi sweet bars when I'm making cookies! I just chop them up to my desired size and add them right in! They are equally as heavenly as Ghirardelli's other chocolate

Ghirardelli IS THE CHOCOLATE!
Ghirardelli Chocolate Premium Baking Bar Semi-Sweet Chocolate 4oz is a baking bar I like to keep year round. six lasts me about a year in my baking pantry (they do not go bad). I use for a topping on seven minute icing, iced cupcakes, a little chocolate grated on top of all baked goods (presentation). A homemade chocolate pie or pudding is very, very rich when using this baking bar. I love all the Ghirardelli baking bars. Smiles

Deep choco flavor
This is my go to baking chocolate as it is rich and creamy. It has consistent texture and deep chocolate flavor. I use this for cakes cookies and brownies I would recommend Ghirardelli

Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar
Ghirardelli is my go- to chocolate for all of my baking. Using a high quality chocolate definitely makes a difference in the taste of my toffee & chocolate chip cookies. This chocolate is much richer tasting than basic baking chocolates.

Perfection in a bag

Great for chocolate chip cookie s
I have been making the Toll House Chocolate Chip cookies and following the directions on the package but wanted more chocolate that was different. So, I now use these bars and chop them roughly and add to the mix and it give you a mighty flavorful chocolte chip cookie. YUMMY!

Wonderful Chocolate
This is the best baking chocolate I have ever used.. It adds so much wonderful flavor to the dish you are making. Good texture and does not dry out dish like some chocolate chips do.

The best chocolate for baking!
Ghiradelli makes a great chocolate bar for use in baking loaves and cookies. This is my chocolate of choice for chocolate chip cookies because the flavor is rich and not too sweet. The flavor is much better than the fake chocolate chips you can buy for cheaper.
