Chocolate
It’s a very smooth chocolate to bake with or melt down. I never have any problems with it. I feel it has a more grown up taste than regular chocolate chip.

This brand is delicious can’t say I’ve tried anything bad from them. Try all the flavors they are amazing. Hope they start making more flavors. They’re at tons of stores. Go pick some up

I know it's for baking... but I really like it for snacking...
I think that Ghiradelli's semi-sweet recipe is the perfect blend of sweet and dark for me to enjoy as a snack. Milk chocolate often makes me feel a bit sick to eat, and dark can be hard to eat because it's too strong. However, this is just about right to be fun but flavorful. It's also good in baking or candy making, but I'm often just eating it plain, haha.

A little too sweet
I have used the Ghirardelli Semi-Sweet Chocolate for a handful of recipes. It melts down smooth, so from that perspective, it is great for baking; but, I find it a little too sweet. The bitter tones of the chocolate that make it more sophisticated in its flavor are somewhat lacking in this chocolate. Anyways, I still love Ghirardelli in all its forms.

Good economical chocolate.
This chocolate melts well and doesn't separate or get oily. I have bought many times and the quality is always good. Good choice if you are looking for economical baking chocolate.

Love this baking chocolate
I absolutely love using this chocolate in chocolate chip cookies. The cookies turn out way more aesthetically pleasing and tasty than when using chocolate chips. I highly recommend.

A little bit more bitter than I expected, but really good! I am excited to use these to bake cookies with. Will use again if I am sent them!
