I recently received the Gentle Bedtime Liquid Honey Lemon by Zarbees and have nothing good to say. I'm not sure how well it works, because my son refuses to drink it.it.The The texture is unpleasant, and the flavor is horrible. I would not recommend this to others, because it doesn't have a flavor that is appealing to children.

Alternative sleep medicine
I tried this product with my two sons aged 4 and 7. My 7 year old has trouble staying asleep and my 4 year old has trouble falling asleep. They liked the flavor of the product and said it tasted like honey but I don’t think it worked as well as other zarbee products have in the past. I think this product would be better suited for people with mild sleep issues or kids that are traveling and just want to sleep peacefully.

Didn’t work
My kids occasionally have a hard time falling asleep. They enjoyed the flavor and they took it well but I didn’t really see a difference when they took it and when they didn’t.

Better for you
I gave this to my son and I thought he would like the taste better. He didn't like the taste at all. There's not any out there that he does so that's not saying much. I felt way better about giving him better ingredients then most medicines.

Nothing special
I tried this product for 2 weeks. I had my child on it for 3 days and then off for 3 days, continued that for about 2 weeks. Just so I could be sure of my results, since toddlers go thru sleep changes and mood changes. With that being said I will say to me there was nothing special about this product. I do like this brand because of it being a bit more of a clean product. BUT my toddler took about 2-3 hours to fall asleep on this products. Which isn’t the typical case for other sleep aides we’ve used in the past. He did stay asleep BUT he woke up around the same time he always does in the mornings. He was VERY groggy and grouchy waking up and stayed that way until after his naptime. He takes a nap anywhere between 10:30am and 12pm. He slept 2-3 jours(normal for his one nap), and woke up in his normal happy mood. I noticed that was the big no no for me with this medication, the groggy/grouchy mood he was put in when he woke up in the morning when he was taking this sleep aide.

Very sweet and thick
The syrup was very tasty like honey, but my son didn’t like the thickness and sweetness. He is used to have gummies. Reminded me of cough syrup. I liked the ingredients.

Overall it works! My son sometimes has a hard time turning his brain off before bed. I love that zarbees is a natural way to help him fall asleep and isn’t filled with unknown junk.

My daughter didn't like the taste and refused to take it more than one night. I do believe it was very effect regardless because my daughter laid down quietly and fell asleep quickly

Good Sleep Aid
I love that it is melatonin free. My child enjoyed the taste of it! Provided a noticeable calmness and sense of relaxation. Will definitely repurchase to keep on hand! We love natural chamomile!

It’s okay.
It’s honestly just okay. I didn’t notice much difference in my children’s sleep quality or amount enough to continue buying it. My one son also didn’t love the taste of it. I wish it didn’t have honey in it so my youngest could have it.

Works perfectly
This helped my daughter to go to sleep! It tasted good to her and she loved it! It works fast and it helped her to sleep the night away! I wish it came in a bigger bottle! I will buy it after it is all gone!

Natural and effective
This is such a simple and effective sleep time additive that is a must with my 7 and 6 year olds bed time routine. I can see the calming effects almost immediately and it helps because my kids need to go from “100mph” day speed to a sudden “0mph” for bed which can be a frustrating adjustment. No morning grogginess or fitful sleep.
