Does what it says it will
The product overall does what it says it will. However, the cinnamon flavor did not last nearly as long as I would have liked. It did help subside the cravings for a smoke. I used more at first and was able to use less throughout the week. Close to my goal of quitting!

Just a chance
The cinnamon flavor of this gum was a little strong but, not bad. That helps a lot when starting to use a smoking cessation product. Its difficult to tell if this product would be very helpful in such a short period of time however, if the flavor of the product is good and you seem to be comfortable using it, your chance of success is very good. It takes time to know if this would be the product for you but I would recommend trying it and giving yourself a chance to see if it works for you.

Kick the habit
I had a bit of a hard time when I started using this product. Some of the side effects were hard to deal with at first but after using the product sent to my, then purchasing 2 additional boxes, I have to say I am smoke free for a week now and I feel so much better. I would highly recommend this product to anyone who is trying to kick the habit, even with the side effects. If you can get past them, it's so worth it. I have smoked for over 25 years and this is the first product that has given me hope.

Very good flavor
I tried Equate Nicotine 4mg Cinnamon Coated USP Gum 20 ct. I felt this worked well as a nicotine replacement. I like the cinnamon flavor of this gum. Its nice that there are options like this instead of only peppermint. The flavor was good. It seems a good quality product. I would recommend this if you are in need of nicotine gum.

Really helped my cravings!
I have been wanting to quit smoking for awhile now. I have tried a few different things to help me quit but have felled to help me completely quit. I was excited to try this when I was accepted. I opened the box and started using the gum the day I received it. I was skeptical at first but the more I used it the more it helped the cravings. Each day got better. I will continue to use this until I completely quit smoking. I would definitely recommend.

Easy schedule, nice flavor
I think the very first step when you really really want to quit something that you got so used to is "determination" otherwise it would be twice as difficult. This gum can really help, it's hard at the beginning just like any other thing that you get your mind and body addicted to, but if you stick with it, you will eventually find yourself just chewing gum. The instructions are pretty straightforward, you chew 1 or 2 pieces, depending on the time you smoke your first cigarette after waking up. The flavor is not the greatest to me, but I think cinnamon is one of the best options out there when it comes to this type of product. And very important: remember that nicotine gum is medication, so when deciding to give it a try, stick to the exact instructions on the box, and give it time.

Good cessation aid
EQUATE NICOTINE 4MG CINNAMON COATED USP GUM 20CT has a nice spicy cinnamon flavor that helps curb nicotine cravings. The gum is a little harder texture at first but softens as you chew. I generally like any cinnamon flavored item and this tastes like other cinnamon gums I've had. I had no cravings for the rest of the even after chewing a piece after dinner, so it definitely worked for me. I definitely recommend it to anyone trying to quit.

Nice Nicotine Replacement
These are a great alternative to smoking. In my opinion, using these helps to replace cravings associated with nicotine. These provide a dosage that is something I can deal with and lessen need to smoke. I like the cinnamon flavor and wish it would last longer to prevent the need to replace so quickly.
