Not Happy
I did not enjoy this Cinnamon Nicotine Gum. In my opinion the Cinnamon was much too strong and it did not mask the taste of the nicotine in the gum. I did not get the sensation to not smoke. I still needed to smoke. This might work for some people, but this product was not for me.

Yummy cinnamon nicotine
The Equate Nicotine Gum cinnamon flavor contains an active ingredient called nicotine polacrilex. The same as having 4 mg of nicotine from a cigarette. It doesn't seem as strong. The gum has a outer coating on it that makes it seem a bit hard. As you chew it it seems to crumble and turn into sort of an odd texture. Not horrible just different. It is cinnamon flavored at first and for the first little bit. But it quickly looses it's flavor. As then is just a stress chew from needing a nicotine fix! However for the light/medium smoker it helps would help to control and get you through the rough patches. The gum this strength was intended for me since I have to have a cigarette pretty much as soon as I get out of bed. I would use this again in a pinch. Or if I was going somewhere and couldn't smoke.

EQUATE NICOTINE 4MG CINNAMON COATED USP GUM 20CT works to curb my nicotine cravings in seconds. I prefer the cinnamon flavor over mint. The cinnamon seems to help quicker and last longer than mint. It is less expensive than other brands as well. Definitely keeping a healthy supply in stock at home and slipping a sleeve in my handbag for on the go.

Takes away the craving
The EQUATE NICOTINE 4MG CINNAMON COATED USP GUM in 20 count was better then I expected! I really likes the cinnamon flavor it had a spicy kick to it that was long lasting and easy to chew. I also noticed that this gum did a great job in reducing my craving for nicotine, I found myself having less cravings to want to smoke. I really feel confident that this gum will help me to quite smoking.

Very helpful
