Wouldn't buy again
So to start off, this product upset my stomach, so any benefits of this product were negated by that fact. Moreover, there is no evidence to suggest that this product works better at putting me to sleep then my regular melitonin product which is half of a 5mg tablet, an hour before bed. That being said, I may have felt slightly more well rested in the morning, but that could have easily been the placebo effect. All in all, because this product upset my stomach, I would not buy it again.

No difference
Although I did take this product when I was having issues with my allergies, I saw no difference. I took my allergy medication everyday like I was suppose to. I still was groggy and tired

Large pills but seem to work
I received a free sample of AllerLife Sleep to review from Home Tester Club. My husband and I have been using them for the past few weeks and they seem to help alleviate some of my husband's allergy issues. For the most part, my husband's allergies are a bit more severe than mine. Each night, about an hour before bed, we've been taking two of the capsules. Occasionally, he'll wake with watery eyes or feel as if he has fluid in chest and sometimes I'll have a sore throat. The good news is that the AllerLife appears to be helping. The bad news is that it's not always consistent. My other major issue is the size of the pills. The pills are pretty big, so if you have issues with swallowing pills, these may not be a good choice for you.

Helps you fall asleep.
I have had trouble sleeping for years. This helped me fall asleep pretty quickly actually. I did wake up often but went back to sleep easily.

Wake rested and ready for my days!
I typically wake-up throughout the night and can’t fall back asleep for several hours... and too that with my constant sneezing and blocked sinuses for an even more miserable next morning experience. That was my situation but I’m blown away with how well this product works! It has met my insufferable allergies and removed that factor while providing me with some of the best sleep I’ve had in years. I do still wake up in the night but I can go back to sleep with no hesitation. I wake to a clear head (and sinuses) and feel rested! I’ve tried this product for over 2 weeks and have slowly removed my over the counter allergy medication. I love this product! It truly works!

Good rejuvenating supplement
This product was quite effective. It helped me sleep quickly and a little longer than usual. I felt very refreshed and alert after waking up too, reducing the snooze factor in the morning. Not as much grogginess that I sometimes get with other melatonin products. It provided a little more energy during the day too to power through the winded feeling I get in the afternoon from stress and allergies. I also felt a little more mental clarity, probably from the more restful sleep.

A Restful Night of Sleep
I have enjoyed my sample of AllerLife Sleep. Once my body got used to it, I was able to fall asleep without any of my normal allergy issues bothering me. I sleep through the night and wake up feeling refreshed. I reccomend AllerLife Sleep to anyone having issues falling asleep due to allergies.

Overall Satisfied
I was sceptical at first but when I tried it I found that I fell asleep faster and I felt slightly more rested when I woke up. When taken with my allergy medication it made sleeping much easier.

This does wonders...
The AllerLife Sleep really helped with my sleep. My job requires me to work day shift and night shift alternatively which messed up my sleep pattern. And so, I have been suffering for Insomnia for quite a while now. I tried some over the counter medication, but none of them were able to help whole night. Most of them were only effective 3-4 hours and I woke up immediately. So, I started to take more than one and they gave me lot of side effects. But AllerLife did lot of wonders. The very first night I took this medicine, I slept really really well, like the best sound sleep the whole night without any issue. I have been using it since then and so far, I do not have any complaints. I am loving it. I am so glad I was introduced to this medicine. They did very good job. I already purchased more of these and I am planning to use it as long as I am able to afford. And yes, I would recommend this medicine to my friends, family and colleagues without a second thought. Loving it...

a good night's sleep
Itd easy to take and I get a better nights sleep. I wake up refreshed better than when I don't take it. It tastes like turmeric but not too harsh.

Fine but not for me.
This was a fine supplement, but I expected it to help me fall asleep faster, based on the claims and the ingredients. I don't believe it helped in this case.

Aller life sleep review
I received this product for free to sample. I like the ingredients in these pills. I took while eating because I was worried about getting a tummy ache. There was not a very noticeable effect for me. All thoughts and opinions are my own and based on my experience only.
