Taste awful and do nothing
These absolutely did nothing for my supply and they did not taste good at all. As someone who is making just enough I was looking for ways to increase and the did not do anything for me.

Did not work
I tried these for a few weeks and they did not work to increase my milk supply. They taste good so that is the only reason giving 2 stars.

Reduced my milk supply
I pump exclusively, and I would usually get about 60 ml each pump. After a couple of days of taking this product, I would get only about 40 ml each pump. It reduced my milk supply, and I'm really upset about it. Hopefully now that I'm going to stop taking it my supply will go back up

Decent taste for a while
This product worked well for what it was meant for however the taste of the product progressively started tasting more medicinal as the product stayed in my mouth. I would recommend this product just eat small amounts at a time so it doesn't stay in your mouth as long.
