Fabulous piece of kit to use! Easy, clear instructions, and to be honest pretty self explanatory. Was doubtful at first of using one - are air fryers just a trend soon to be banished to back of cupboard with Tupperware? I have to say no…Whilst a bit bigger than most models (pressure cooker aspect) it’s quickly become a kitchen essential. Not a single cookery fail yet, and with rising utility costs what’s not to love? If you don’t have one…get one :-)

This is an amazing appliance. With a busy family lifestyle and a carer of a disabled child, the Tefal helps me save time and batch cook a variety of meals. I previously only had a slow cooker so was only ever to save time cooking meals like cottage pie and stews,now I can cook chicken dishes and healthier which is great for the rest of the family.

This device is a bit intimidating at first and takes a bit of reading a preparation in advance if you’re not entirely familiar with a pressure cooker. I spent ages finding a recipe I could try as I wasn’t a big fan of the ones in the mini recipe book it came with. I went with one designed around another well known brands pressure cooker. I have found it takes about twice as long to reach pressure than expected so this meant my cook times had to be adapted. Ultimately I released the pressure and had to start it up again which cost me another 15/20 mins cook time. Now that I know this I think my next meal will be a bit more successful. One big selling point is that this is going to be my go to when cooking on a very hot day as it is today. While I do like to meal prep I’d say the multi cooker is bigger than expected so it will be tricky to find somewhere to keep it. I gave it 4/5 as I think it’s a good bit of kit but I may personally do better with just an air fryer.

I’ve seen lots of people talking about air fryers but didn’t really know what to expect. Currently can’t stop using it, looking for new recipes to try with it. The favourite so far was a whole roast chicken which was so easy and came out crispy on the outside but juicy on the inside. It’s making us focus on healthier recipes which was much needed and gives us a chance to make “fried” food that I would’ve avoided at home before because of the effort of frying. Really enjoying using it and excited for what to cook next week!

Overall very surprised at the overall size of it. With the fry lid it is quite a tall item so you may need space on your counter top. Great level of settings for different food types (makes frozen food less boring and taste better) The fry lid is great for chips or things you want to keep separate. Easy to follow instructions, safe enough for my daughter to use moderately supervised. Ideal for small homes without much in the way of a huge cooker and other kitchen cooking gadgets I'd defo recommend this to friends and family, some have seen this already and have headed over to buy one

A great time saving kitchen gadget for any household. Food is juicy and flavorful. The appliance is very easy to clean. I can recommend the product. A recipe booklet include. You can also download the app which gives you 150 recipe inspiration and step by step guides on how to make the meals (I’m waiting for more recipes!). You can change few of the setting (time, temperature). Tefal has the function of maintaining the temperature up to 24 hours as well as the function of a delayed start up to 12 hours. Tefal turbo crisp is great for make french fries or chicken nuggets Cons: Heating should be faster, it takes a while for it to warm up. “Basket” for steaming could be better (should have some handle).

wow, what can I say about this turbo cuisine? firstly from arrival, the box was huge! it was like Christmas! myself and the family were so excited to open this and begin experimenting! it is really well packaged, well built and presented. This little recipe booklet is so good, many different ideas, I mean it says you can make soups, stews, cakes etc? the first item we made was southern fried chicken, I was so eat, put It in, turn on the air fry option and it was done, no need to rotate either. We have made a slow cooked beef joint, this was 'browned' using the option and then slow cooked. there is a different lid for pressure cooking, my partner used this to made a mushroom soup. We have made chips, a while chicken also! fantastic go buy it

Robust, strong, well built & attractive, just fits under kitchen units, so much steam generated may 'blow' my cupboards so I operated on top of my hob with the extractor fan on. Key instructions diagrams are too small, required a magnifying glass. Instructions & recipe book aren't written for UK e.g. Sous-Vide, capsicum (Peppers), Foil Paper (Foil). I've cooked over 20 meals. Definitely makes fantastic soups, stews & curries, In fact any liquid based dish. My Jerk Chicken had melt in the mouth chicken. The soup & slow cook modes are ingenious. Performs well with simple tasks, cooked rice to fluffy perfection, steams fish & vegetables to perfection especially broccoli. But that's where being impressed with this machine ended. Stir fry is pointless, resulting in soggy food, a frying pan performs much better. The recipe for banana bread was so awful that I had to finish off the 'stodgy slab in my oven. In summary, food cooked in an oven or hob is easier and tastier!

Pros: - it’s very sleek and robust: even though is a bit big so storage of the 2 lids and the cook takes some space, but if we were to have all the different machines it would take much more - easy to use: we haven’t tried all types of cooking but from the ones we tried, they are very intuitive to follow (with or without the instructions; and the sticker for the temperature) - comes well packaged - all the parts are dishwasher safe which is a massive plus if used daily - it’s not noisy so perfect to use if even baby is having a nap - design is nice and fits a modern kitchen - With this rising costs of electricity, we noticed on our smart meter that it takes less energy than the oven Negative - Could come with more recipes or an option to buy it - instructions on some recipes aren’t 100% accurate: the ones we tried (circa 6) needed further cooking

When this item arrived, I was surprised how huge and bulky it was. I have tried both lids and once you get used to them, they are fairly simple to use. There are so many uses for this one piece of kit, you can pretty much use it as the only piece of cooking equipment! I have enjoyed using this and will absolutely continue to find new ways to utilise it. The recipe book was a massive help too.

Prior to trying this I have not used a pressure cooker and had minimum knowledge of how it works. I got very excited that I could cook favourite dishes in less then 10 minutes. With that mindset I was disappointed that there was an additional 10 minutes I had to wait for the pressure to build up (but that’s on me for not understanding how it works). The first dish we tried was the Mac and Cheese Tefal’s own recipe from their recipe book. It took me some time to read and re-read the instructions for different settings and get my head around it but the results were yummy, our children loved it. The crispy top from the air fryer took 4 minutes and was a great finishing touch. The next dish was a lentil soup. This one was quicker to figure out. I then moved on to pork chops in a sour cream sauce (online recipe) again a hit! The meat was as tender as from a slow cooker but so much quicker. Additionally, given the price of gas, being able to cook quickly with electric - Winner all around.

I enjoyed using all the functions of this product and made some tasty food. It works really well and is multi functional so can be used for so many different things. The only criticism I have is the instructions could be more user friendly, it took me quite a while to work out how to use it. Overall I would recommend.

This product is amazing, very useful and functional. Product comes with lots recipes and options giving everyone an option! Either using crusine function or air fryer, simple to use and delivers amazing dishes. Used the product a few times and always happy with the outcome.

I was so pleased to be able to trial the Tefal Turvey Cuisine & Fry CY778840 as I've been jealous for too long with my friends who have air fryers and pressure cookers. So it arrived and it is a beast! If you buy this you need to make sure you've got room on your kitchen counter and a large cupboard to store it. After spending time looking at the included recipe book, I decided on using the pressure cooker lid and cook a whole chicken as the booklet says 35 mins. The panel on the front of the Cuisine and Fry is really simple to use. There are 2 different instruction booklets which help you choose the correct programme. The recipe booklets says a whole chicken would take 35 minutes. So we followed the instructions and yes we had beautiful chicken! So we then thought we would try the air fryer lid and cook ribs. This was a bit more tricky. Some were cooked perfectly, some not so much. You have to be careful taking the lid off and make sure you use oven mitts to protect your hands.

It is a nice to have one product that does it all, but is it any good? Build quality: This is one thing that really bothers me a lot. Product is flimsy, main knob wobbly and buttons hard to press. Pressure cover rattle all over and don't want to seal without being pushed - annoying and unsafe. Air frying one is always loose and feels like it belongs to different appliance. Functions: Pressure cooking - love it but it takes much more time than necessary to seal the cover. Slow cooking - no issues at all, the best working option. Frying like in the pan - no way to set up a timer as it always show heating. Good to have and very useful but not working as it should. Air fryer - not the best but does the job and if I had to have two different appliances I rather have this all in one for air frying. Overall I was happy with the product. As a customer I would pay more and get Ninja but it also does the job regardless few drawbacks and it is cheaper. You get what you pay for
