Jack of all trades, master of a some
Firstly, this thing is big, don't expect to subtly hide it in your kitchen. Once set up, make sure it's in a we'll ventilated place as the pressure release valve kicks up serious steam. The first recipe tried was a mushroom soup and wow, using the pressure cooker mode really intensified the flavour with incredible mushroomy depth. We are regular slow cooker users and the Tefal held its own with our usual recipes with the massive bonus of being able to brown off your meat on fry mode in the same vessel as the slow cooked end product. The only thing that lets it down is the air fryer function, not from a frying point of view as it still produced deliciously crispy wings and chips. It's the lid, it comes separately to the pressure lid with its own power cord, so you'll need two sockets. It's heavy and hard to put down on a surface without burning it. If you're mainly after an air fryer, I'd look elsewhere but its superb for its other functions. The recipe included was great too.

A must have for a busy family!
I could not be more happy with this product. For a busy family with 2 hungry boys I need to be able to make food and reheat food in a short space of time. The tefal turbo cuisine allows me to do so much in a short space of time. I’ve made soups in next to no time, I’ve been able to fry meat and veg and then put onto stew function for that real braised/slow cooker feel. The recipe book is packed full of amazing and tasty recipes with a full step by step guide of how to make a full range of dishes. As well as it being easy to use it’s so easy to clean too: I would have been happy with just having the cuisine cooker function but the fact I can also use it as a rice cooker for perfect fluffy rice and as an airfryer just makes a busy home and busy mum that bit calmer! Definitely a must have for all

This is a great product and does everything it says and more. Extremely versatile so it could be used every day. It is a large item so you would need space or a large kitchen to store it.

Great, quick easy product
The Tefal turbo cuisine and fry really is a fab product. Cooks on the pressure setting quickly (joint of pork took 20 mins!) Mac & cheese, roast chicken (finished with turbo crisper) risotto, all came out beautifully. What’s more it’s one pot and so easy. And to add to that, it’s energy efficient and economical. For a family of four this was life changing. Our oven feels neglected! The only issues I have are that it takes a while to come off the pre-heat function to full cooking mode but saying this, it is hot enough to fry. It also takes a while to get your head round how it all works. But once we got going we were blown away. There isn’t much you can’t cook in this - it has a steaming/cooking tray that can sit inside - you can steam, fry, pressure cook, stew, slow cook, grill, oven cook. It takes up a fair bit of counter space and you need to find room for the lid you’re not using but as it saves time and money it’s 100% worth it and I highly recommend it.

Still learning to use this little beauty but I have no doubt it will continue to perform brilliantly with fantastic flexibility! It’s easy to clean, quick, and efficient. I have not returned to my oven and grill since I got Tefal Turbo. Once you get the hang of the controls this product is fantastic. Makes cooking time faster and we have noticed a reduction in energy use compared to the oven. I love the air frying mode, it's like putting things at the top of a hot oven, things are cooked in no time and are crispy cos they're not soaked in fat as they would be in a frying pan so more tasty and better for you. Over the weekend, we made a beef stew using the pressure cooker bit which was ready amazingly quickly and was properly cooked and tasty. I'd used a slow cooker previously but never a pressure cooker so wasn't really sure what to expect but the results exceeded my expectations. I am very happy with my Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry!

Very happy! Excellent for batch cooking!
Healthy cooking is a priority for me and this Tefal turbo has helped me to batch cooking in a fraction of a time. My first meal was a beans chili. I was impressed with how simple it was to make. I tossed the ingredients into the bowl, "fried" it with no oil, shut the lid, selected the stew feature and pressed the start button. 30 minutes after It was so tender and the flavour was very intense. I have done carrot cake, zucchini bread and hummus from scratch cooking the chickpeas in only 25 minutes. I have used it almost everyday and I have just started discovering all the different recipes I've found on the Tefal app, more new recipes on my way. I am very happy with my Tefal Turbo!

GameChanger for any kitchen
Having researched various slow cookers and air fryers but not having bought one yet, our family was pleasantly surprised to receive the Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry CY778840 for testing. First impressions opening the box and removing the items is that its a large appliance which for our family of 6 is a good thing as we need to cook large portions. The turbo cuisine is high quality and well built. The box included a recipe book which was very useful but some pictures didn’t seem to match up with the recipes. I was also surprised that Tefal’s various recipe apps were not reference or promoted anywhere. and the only reason I discovered them was that I was searching for some specific recipes online. The air fryer “lid” works very well and we successfully did various dishes from frozen ie pizza, sausage rolls, chips , fish etc and they were beautifully brown once done. Overall I would recommend the Tefal Turbo Cusine and Fry for its versatility , ease of use and overall quality.

Great little cooker
This is a great cooker from Tefal. It is of excellent quality and has a modern appearance which would look good in any kitchen. It is easy to use and comes with a non stick bowl and filter stand to drain away any fat. It comes with a cookery book of recipes and 2 instruction booklets. Although this device is not big, it may not be suitable for smaller kitchens. The device comes with 2 lids, one for air frying and one for pressure cooking, only one plug is needed at any one time. The instruction booklet provided is a simple step but step guide on how to use the appliance which is very user friendly. The only negative to this appliance is the lids provided. A hinge lid would have been beneficial as taking food out of the appliance is difficult as there is no storage for the lid. The lid has to be completely removed to gain access to the appliance to add or remove food and when the appliance is hot it can be dangerous. Overall a really great product but the lid let’s it down

Nice multi-functional kitchen gadget
When this machine arrived, I thought it was massive at first, and it is, don't get me wrong, but that big capacity comes in handy, as does the dual functionality of being a pressure cooker and air fryer. Never having owned a pressure cooker or air fryer before, I read the instructions and they weren't that great. When it came to the pressure cooker, they were often confusing, sometimes repetitive and just unclear. It made me a bit nervous about using it because I wasn't too sure about using a pressure cooker. Even the recipe book wasn't too clear. With the air fryer, it was much better, maybe because it's more straightforward. We've made chicken and chips on two different occasions. Chicken (in pressure cooker) came out juicy and fully cooked while the chips (made from frozen in air fryer) were crispy and definitely do need a good mix halfway through cooking time. The capacity makes batch cooking EASY - no excuse for creating healthier meals throughout the week!

Game changing kitchen appliance!
This Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry is a game changing family size kitchen appliance, which achieves the work of so many appliances! I truly didn't think that anything would take the top spot from my Tefal Actifry, which gets used all the time, but this has done just that.I am totally hooked with it. Mac & cheese has been taken to a new level, roast dinners have been cooked to perfection and I've even baked a banana bread in to too. The recipe book, alongside the Tefal app gives you fantastic ideas to work from. I especially love the fact that is uses less electricity which in turn saves you money. Yes, it's a large piece of kit but its easy to use and multi purpose meaning you can remove other appliances from your kitchen to make space for it. Family favourites such as chicken wings were elevated when using the air fryer attachment. This is one gadget that has definitely learnt its space on the work surface!

Pleasantly surprised
I found it a little daunting at first, however, once I'd got my head round how it works it was quite easy to use. I'm not really a fan of kitchen gadgets, they usually end up at the back of the cupboard. The difference with the Turbo cuisine is that it does so many different things. It is quite big and heavy but takes up less room than all the individual gadgets you would need to do everything it does. I used the airfryer to make chips, which were crispy and cooked evenly. I've steamed vegetables, they kept their green colour and all the flavour. I've also made soup and a casserole. The casserole was so much quicker than using an oven but was so tender as if it had been cooking for hours. I love that you can delay the start of cooking, very useful if you're out all day and want to come home to a cooked meal. The main things I loved is that it's so easy to clean, that the non stick bowl really was non stick and that it's a really good size to cook family meals or batch cook

Fabulous but one thing lacking
Air fry is amazing very quick and easy to use however really struggled to get head around pre heat function as instructions where lacking in this aspect and the recipe book didn't state whether you put ingredients in before or after pre heat. After a few burned attempts we finally fathomed it out. Food is very tasty and is now used daily. So to recap instructions should be easier to follow to include idiots like myself

Great product fast food
I’ve used this product so much already since having it, it’s great and even got my son involved with cooking, great recipes in the booklet and easy to use. The only down side is the instructions for the the crisp lid is they aren’t that clear. But overall I love this and can’t be without it anymore.

Versatile With Outstanding Results
The Tefal Turbo Cuisine & Fry truly is an incredible kitchen gadget that offers so much in terms of versatility and different cooking methods. The pressure cooker option cooks meals up to 3 times faster which is an absolute bonus for busy lifestyles. The simplicity of it all and the multi functions, mean you don't need to use your main cooker at all. The speed in which it cooks will save on energy bills too. Winner! I've used the Turbo Crisp Lid To make spicy wedges and they came out golden and crisp, and are much more healthy as they barely used any oil. It offers various cooking programmes and methods which include roast, grill, air fry, bake, manual, stew, soup, stir fry, steam, sous vide, rice, yoghurt and oatmeal. This is all in one gadget! How incredible is that? You could take it away with you if self catering or even in your hotel room. Perhaps take it round to friends or family and make dinner parties much more fun. I am looking forward to experimenting (and eating!)
