Easy hydration
It’s an easy hydration on the go. I mix a sachet in my water bottle with water and take to the gym. It helps me stay hydrated during and after gym sessions. I love the lemon lime refreshing taste.

Great for post gym
Really handy hydration sachets. Easy to take in a bag to gym fit pre or post workout. Just simply pour in a bottle of water and shake. Tastes like lemon and line flavoured water. Live that it keeps my vitamin B levels normal.

Really didn't like this the taste is just so unpleasant I couldn't drink it. Maybe put it in a smoothie and it'll be ok

My essential item!
I love these so much. I add to my water at the gym and when I feel I’ve not drank enough water. They taste great too. Lemon lime is my favourite of all the flavours. I been purchasing these for 6 months and will continue to buy them.

The taste!
Mum had these recently following episode of D&V she’s 84 and couldn’t get the dioralyte she normally has so got these instead. Unfortunately she doesn’t like the taste of them at all even adding a drop of cordial in. We ended up mixing a concoction up ourselves as a temporary solution until we found the ones she normally has. So I guess we wouldn’t try them for the family if mum doesn’t like them. Can’t comment on their treatment after just 1 sachet.

tasted awful
I kept seeing these everywhere and as someone that cannot have artificial sweeteners I thought I would try them and see if they would be a good alternative or change. they were extremely expensive and tasted revolting. The flavour of artificial chemicals that aren't meant to be in the product was over powering, to the point you couldn't actually taste the lemon and lime. greatly disappointed. I can only hope the other flavours taste better but I doubt I will risk trying them.

I can understand the benefits from this drink but I can’t use to the taste, it’s a weird combination between sweet and salty aftertaste

Energy Boost
I drink these when exercising and at times when I'm feeling under the weather, & I feel I need a vitamin & mineral boost. The citrus flavour is lovely. Overall they make me feel more energised & alive.

Makes me feel energetic and healthy
When trying this product I was curious if it would work. However I can say it does. I take this daily as I don’t tend to drink a lot. It makes me feel revived and ready to start the day. I’ve also found after a heavy Saturday night it helps amazing with hangovers.
