Too grainy and salty tasting
I love the idea of these products they’re great for a hangover but all the ones i’ve tried have such a horrible after taste, these ones aren’t as bad as some others but so grainy and have a strange salty taste.

Liquid I.V hydration
I do little bit of running , normally 1/2 marathon distances and I use this on my runs to hydrate. I feel it also gives me a little bit of energy as well during my runs . My favourite is the lemon and lime flavour

I just love these liquid I.V.hydration multiplier lemon and lime electrolyte power mix the flavours are fabulous together keeps you feel so cool though out the day I would highly recommend these’d liquid tabs I love bring them out with me to add to bottle water it just saves carrying bottled water with you all day

Refreshing drink
I found it very refreshing and an excellent way to gain hydration! Great if you have been feeling unwell or eaten a lot of salty foods.

Great product
Really like this product a lot. I just pop it into my 500ml water bottle for on the go for work. I've started feeling less tired . Taste great as well, not overpowering it's aslo gluten free and vegan friendly as well

Effective
Easy to use and good when on the go, when feeling dehydrated. An excellent way to hydrate post workout or after a few drinks! Good hangover cure. A little expensive but would recommend.

Great hydration
Perfect if you dislike drinking a lot of water. Keeps me hydrated all day without having to drink a lot. The flavors are very taste.

I drink it after exercise or during hiking, feel sho muck hydrated

Is it a placebo ?
Used this before and after drinking and must say my hangover seems a lot less worse. Not sure if it’s a placebo though. The taste isn’t horrible but I would recommend having it will chilled water. I’d say for the price it’s a little expensive and there is cheaper alternatives.
