Refreshing drink
I found it very refreshing and an excellent way to gain hydration! Great if you have been feeling unwell or eaten a lot of salty foods.

Great product
Really like this product a lot. I just pop it into my 500ml water bottle for on the go for work. I've started feeling less tired . Taste great as well, not overpowering it's aslo gluten free and vegan friendly as well

Effective
Easy to use and good when on the go, when feeling dehydrated. An excellent way to hydrate post workout or after a few drinks! Good hangover cure. A little expensive but would recommend.

Great hydration
Perfect if you dislike drinking a lot of water. Keeps me hydrated all day without having to drink a lot. The flavors are very taste.

Is it a placebo ?
Used this before and after drinking and must say my hangover seems a lot less worse. Not sure if it’s a placebo though. The taste isn’t horrible but I would recommend having it will chilled water. I’d say for the price it’s a little expensive and there is cheaper alternatives.

I have used this to help with breastfeeding. It helped, but not a whole lot and it was too expensive to continue buying.

Salty
These are great for hydration really help with headaches but they do taste rather salty.

Works well
Works really well, I used after having a sickness bug and ended up with dehydration - I only used two over a course of two days and they worked really well! The flavour is okay for this type of product, the only thing for me personally was the texture is thick and like a gel, which I found made it hard to drink

Easy to use
I have tried this back in July and loved the flavour... and then got to buy for my hiking trip to the Dolomites to keep myself hydrated (i dont like water unless it has flavour) and this is the perfect choice to keep my electrolytes in check. They have other flavours as raspberry or passion fruit so many options and the sachets are quite light and easy to bring anywhere.

Holiday essential
These are the best hydration packs I have tried! They really do work well after a big drinking night out or even if you’ve just been in the sun all day and need a pick me up !! The lemon and lime flavour is really refreshing. I don’t go anywhere without a couple of these in my bag… lifesavers
