4.4 5 0 361 361 Clarityn Allergy tablets contain the active substance Loratidine which belongs to a class of medicines called ’antihistamines’. Clarityn Allergy tablets help to reduce your allergy symptoms by stopping the effects of a substance called ’histamine’, which is produced in the body when you are allergic to something. Clarityn Allergy Tablets relieves symptoms associated with allergic rhinitis (for example, hay fever), such as sneezing, runny or itchy nose, and burning or itchy eyes in adults and children over the age of 2 years who weight more than 30kg. Clarityn Allergy Tablets may also be used to help relieve symptoms of urticaria (itching and redness) which is often known as hives or nettle rash. The effect of Clarityn Allergy Tablets will last a whole day and should help you to continue your normal daily activities and sleep. You must talk to a doctor if you do not feel better or if you feel worse.

Expensive
Compared to other options this is quite expensive and I never feel like they work as well as they should.

Doesn’t work for me
I’m really sensitive to hayfever and these just didn’t work for me. I feel they are just as effective as cheaper ones.

Work well
They work well but like others have said are quite expensive, I get some other ones with the same ingredients in for a lot less. My son uses the liquid form of this if needed and works well.

Just the price!
I have used Claritin for several years during the occasions where I get hayfever - which isn’t every year, it’s weird - or whenever I have had some big mosquito or horsefly bites. Claritin does work really well, however the actual medicine in these antihistamines (Loratadine) can be purchased in every store as an ‘unbranded’ product for much, much less money, and it has the same effect. So despite this product doing what it says, I wouldn’t purchase this product again purely because of the price.

The only downfall of these are they are abit expensive and you can get cheaper alternatives that even work better than these actually do. I won't buy them again

Great for allergy relief, sometimes i get hoves for unknown reason and my partner has hayfever. Works a treat

Did not work as well as I expected
All 3 of us suffer from hayfever - mine is triggered by tree pollen so I suffer early, while my husband and son react to grass pollen. We have all tried these tablets, but sadly haven’t found them to be super effective.
