Opinion on CENTRUM probiotics capsule
The capsules were easy to swallow. Usually I get IBS quite easily when I take spicy food but I think my bowel movement been rather smooth this period while I’m taking the probiotics. Love it so much :)

A Gamer Changer in My Gut Health
I was skeptical about the effects of how this product can bring but am impressed by it overall after taking it for 3 weeks. I have bloating issues after each meal even if I do not take a huge portion. I will also feel lethargic. However, after taking this for 3 weeks, I’ve experienced fewer bloating episodes. Even after eating heavier foods, I no longer feel uncomfortable or sluggish. And also i feel less fatigued throughout the day, which I attribute to the positive impact the probiotics have had on my gut health. I also realized a healthy glow on my skin. Helps maintain healthy gut
Before I started on Centrum probiotics capsule, I had a little trouble going to the toilet. Stools were hard at times. Help on digestion and weight loss
I had took the Centrum Probiotics capsule for consecutive 10 days. One capsule each day. On first few days I always run to the toilet for past motion, it’s smooth and quick. Subsequently, I found that I fart more frequently than usual. Probably its reaction in my stomach but I don’t feel any uncomfortable. A side note is that i found my body weight loss by 0.5kg.
