Lifestyle has improved since
After a few weeks of taking this supplement, I can honestly say I feel more refreshed. Knowing this comes from a reputable brand, it also makes me feel assured. Along with a healthier diet, my sleep has been better. I don't take any other supplements to solely see the benefits from this one so I think it's quite effective. Calming and ease me to sleep
I used to sleep late past midnight and simply find it very hard to dose off. I had tried many ways just to get a good night sleep like darkening the room, no caffeine after 3pm, no phone after 10pm etc, but nothing seems to work. I would try really hard to just close my eyes and sleep. But after taking this, I am able to dose off naturally after 30 mins. I am so happy that this works for me. Somehow after taking it, I felt calm, settled and would start to have the feeling to wanting to rest. I felt well rested the next morning without any side effect. This product is so good!!

Helps me fall asleep very quickly!
This really works! I take it about 45 mins before bedtime and it starts to relax me for bedtime. It helps me stay asleep the whole night and I feel refreshed , not drowsy after waking up. It also doesn’t have any side effects for me.

Help to relax before sleep
In the beginning, I took the tablets before I sleep and I didn’t feel any use. In fact I ended up having more anxiety and could not sleep well. Perhaps after a week of trying the supplements, it began to show the effects and I could go to sleep at a faster rate. It wasn’t immediate but it was much better than before. However i did not have a full proper sleep, I would wake up just a few hours.

Sleep Like A Baby
After taking CENTRUM Calm & Rest for 3 weeks, my overall well-being has improved significantly. I am able to fall asleep in just less than 10 minutes and the sleep is a peaceful one. It helps me to calm down and remove any stress/worries that I have in my work. It is a feeling like these stresses and worries do not exist anymore and my brain just switch off totally and fall into a deep slumber. Deep Restful Sleep
I was skeptical about the product's claims initially, but due to my stress at work, I took this product for a period a time; an hour before sleep. Interesting formula that aids your sleep
Was a little apprehensive at first to try the product. Since it was a reputable brand, I decided to give it a go. For the first few days, I didn't really feel the effect.
