Multivitamin for pregnancy and breastfeeding

I have been taking this multivitamin throughout my pregnancy and still continue taking this for my breastfeeding pregnancy. It is convenient to take 2 capsules in the morning, instead of taking folic acid, iron pills and vitamin C. I used to forget taking the vitamins sometimes and my bones aches. I guessed I need the extra doses of calcium as my body changes and adapt to the changes.

Best Supplement for breastfeeding

Good product for breastfeeding

Tried this brand supplements previously and was happy to see that they have a product for breastfeeding needs. As breastfeeding requires alot of hard work, the supplement had helped me to provide sufficient amount and nutrients for me which helped me last my breastfeeding journey of 17 months!
