I have been taking this multivitamin throughout my pregnancy and still continue taking this for my breastfeeding pregnancy. It is convenient to take 2 capsules in the morning, instead of taking folic acid, iron pills and vitamin C. I used to forget taking the vitamins sometimes and my bones aches. I guessed I need the extra doses of calcium as my body changes and adapt to the changes.
