Quick and easy meal!
This soup had a great flavour and just the right level of heat. I didn’t feel like it needed any additional salt or pepper which I often have to do with store bought soups, and it paired well with a few pieces of crusty bread. Would buy again!

Thai chicken soup
Heated in microwave according to instructions. Needed 20 secs longer. The thai flavour was not too overbearing and had good texture and tasted good. However chicken was stringy and there was no chicken taste. However it did not require seasoning and was inviting on a cooler day.

Convenient and easy to prepare
This soup comes in a convenient foil pouch that keeps the contents 2 minutes away from becoming a hot lunch. While the pouch is not microwavable, it's easy to tear open and pour into a microwave-friendly dish. This particular flavour in Wattie's Soup of the Day range didn't work for me, the flavour combination just wasn't quite right for my palate. I have however enjoyed a number of other flavours in the range and recommend that you try them all to determine your favourite.

Nice thick soup
The soup was ok, loved how thick it was and full of veges. I just don't like Coriander and I could taste it, the Thai flavour was authentic and it would be lovely on a cold day with some hot buttered toast. I just served it with salt and cracked pepper. Other than the Coriander taste, I'd recommend it to other's

Quick easy meal.
Easy to follow instructions, only took 3 to 4 minutes to heat through. It was an interesting and unexpected flavor. I thought it would be more like what you would expect from a chicken soup but I still really enjoyed it.

Soup du jour
I thoroughly enjoyed this soup which I had for my lunch. Microwave instructions were easy to follow. The soup was thick in texture and had a variety of coloured vegetables that made it inviting to eat. You could also see the pieces of chicken. When removed from the microwave I could smell the lemongrass and the flavours combined together tasted delicious. The serving amount is very generous as the pouch is 1 serving . With a piece of toast or bun I could have easily made this last 2 meals which is very encouraging due to the price of food these days. Very well priced as I have been to some cafes that are charging $20 for a plate of soup!

Thai chicken and lemon grass
Had a nice taste smooth Thai flavours coming through with the lemon grass , but not sure of the consistency of the soup it doesn’t really look that appealing. Honestly don’t think I would buy myself but the flavours are great , I finished the plate
