Strong flavour
I use Mersey Valley extra tasty cheese when I want a strong flavoured cheese. Love this and would definitely recommend.

Best combo with crakers and olives
Great mix with my crackers and olives. Sharp rich flavour. Does have a stronger smell compared to other brands but the taste is very unique to all. Would recommend. Delicious!

Sharp and delicious
This cheese has a sharp flavour which pairs brilliantly with fruit! Also love to use this as a special addition to a melted toasty! Can be crumbly and fall apart which can make difficult to slice

Nice and sharp

One of my favourites for a special treat
A delicious, sharp cheddar that would be my favourite on a cheeseboard. Although it's reasonably enough priced to eat more regularly, I tend to indulge on a special occasion. So much so that I think I consider it my 'birthday cheese'. Also delicious added to a sandwich, especially on crusty bread which counters the softness of the cheese. Yum.

The best
So yum! This cheese shines on a cheese board, paired with crackers and chutney, or melted into a toastie for an indulgent snack. Awesome!
This cheese is the best! It's got a very unique flavour to it that other brands don't seem to be able to replicate. The only downside is the price. I only buy it when it's on sale, otherwise it's just too expensive.

One of my favourites
Mersey Valley Extra Tasty Cheese is an incredibly sharp and delicious cheese. This cheese is crumbly and has a great bite. Perfect to place on a charcuterie board, it's always popular at our gatherings.

Lovely and crumbly
Mersey Valley Extra Tasty Cheese is delicious and just the right amount of crumbliness. It's strong tasting and has a lovely smell. I love it on crackers and in melted cheese. Great value for money.

Great cheeseboard addition
Absolutely have to include this on any cheeseboard. the crumbly texture and strong flavour is just amazing, especially with some red grapes.

Sharp Cheddar
This is a fantastic edition to any cheese platter. Its sharp and crumbly, yet melts in your mouth. It pairs well with creamy soft cheeses, and fruits. I always reach for this when creating a platter to balance out my plate.

Beautiful crumbly cheddar
This cheese is amazing if you love a good crumbly vintage cheddar. It’s my favorite in salads and on top of my potato bake. It bakes really well and leaves a nice brown top on your lasagna as well. So good!

Sharp and crumbly
The Mersey Valley cheese has a nice sharp cheddar flavour. It’s not a hard cheese so is easy to cut however with its crumbly texture can get a bit messy. An excellent accompaniment on your cheese board. I find a small amount goes along way.

Loved it
It was so nice to use on a meat and cheese plate for party's I have not cooked with it but as it is I found it very nice to eat highly recommended trying it
