Great
Great strong sharp flavour just as the packaging suggests. Delicious to add to a platter, also comes in slices which is great to add to toasted sandwiches. Delicious flavour and very enjoyable.

Crumbly goodness
Mersey Valley cheddar is crumbly goodness! Tastes great, easy to cut and serve on crackers. It's a staple if we have friends over or when taking snacks to someone's place, because everyone loves it!

Crumbly and rich
This cheese has a creamy, rich and sharp cheddar taste with a crumbly texture. It’s perfect for baking, cooking and goes really well with drinks, on platters or on its own as a tasty snack. It’s hard not to over indulge as I love the sharp cheddar flavour!

Platter essential
Mersey Valley original has got to be my all time fave crumbly cheese for platters or even just on a couple of crackers as a snack. It has such a rich flavour and lovely texture. It’s a must have for any cheese platter

Sharp and crumbly
The package sums it up perfectly. This cheese has a sharp taste and is lovely and crumbly. Great addition to your charcuterie board and great on a cracker. Good option for someone who loves cheese and prefers to stay away from soft cheeses. I love cheese! I love this cheese!!

Tassie cheese is best
It literally says it on the packaging, this product is sharp and crumbly. It really is no lie. It's smooth and creamy when you eat it and feels like an indulgent treat. Goes well on a cheese platter and will certainly have you coming back for more. It does not disappoint, do yourself a favour and purchase some.

Excellent Product
This is a winner for that sharp crumbly texture that changes a cheese selection Strong in flavour but soft in the mouth and a winner for us, definately worth a try in your next shopping trip

Flavourful snack

Delicious
A firm favourite in our house, always have a pack ready for an impromptu cheese platter. Lovely texture and a rich share taste. Good for cooking and crumbling over dishes too.
