Awesome product!
This product is amazing! Easy to mix and then you can choose to apply it with the traditional applicator tip or with a brush which attaches to the bottle. I used the brush and it was fantastic! It was so helpful having the brush for the hairline, made application so easy and no dripping. I was covering grey so I left the product on for the suggested 15 minutes, the smell was actually really pleasant. After 15 minutes I washed it off and applied shampoo and conditioner. Once dried my roots looked awesome! Lovely and shiny and complete grey coverage. I will definitely use this product again!

Easy to use, but disaster all around!
Easy to use and happy with how the product is on my actual roots… HOWEVER, it is literally the worst dye I’ve ever used. Has stained my skin, around my hairline and also a bit of hair flicked on my face which I couldn’t see as dye hadn’t developed yet. Is now a black stain on my cheek. Also had some flick from the brush onto my bathroom drawers and walls, which I didn’t see until after develop time. Also stained and I can’t remove. AND, there needs to be instructions not to tie your hair up while you wait. I did this as I have 4 small kids to run around after, so tied while it developed. I now have random dark patches of hair when my longer strands must have touched the dye. All round, worst product I’ve ever used. I dye my hair regularly and have NEVER had a staining problem. Actually quite angry about this, as it’s ruined my white paint.

Greys be gone
The application process is so simple and easy to use. Simply empty the contents into the applicator. Take the lid off the applicator and put your gloved finger over the opening and shake. Then attach the brush and start brushing those grey hairs away. I have very long hair and there was ample dye for my hair. The results were excellent.

Simple Process
Using the product was very simple and a quick process. It does cover greys but is about 2 shades too dark for my hair which is dark brown. It made my hair look black, not immediately after use but the next day. If I were to use again I'd go a couple of shades lighter

It's magic!
A very simple and easy formula to use. The applicator was the best and my favourite part. Easy to comb through and apply the solution. The coverage was great but it just wasn't enough in the bottle to do all regrowth. Only the front and top of your head. Whilst this probably is enough for a lot of people, I personally would have liked a little bit more as I wear my hair up a lot. It would have been 5 stars if there was more to do all regrowth. The colour is fantastic and blended in well with the colour I had already died my hair a few months ago. It washes out easy and there is literally no mess. It took longer to brush my hair than apply and wash out.

Fantastic! Mess free application
So convenient and easy to use! I have been colouring my hair for years and I have always found the process to be messy and time consuming so I am so happy to finally find a product that makes the whole process much easier. Loreal magic retouch has a brush on the end which makes it super easy to comb through the dye for a nice even coverage and it ensured that my roots were well covered. The applicator made colouring my hair so much easier as it stoped the dye from ending up in all the wrong places like on my neck, forehead or ears. It was so good to colour my hair without the mess and the end result was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this product to others!

CONVENIENT MAGIC GREY ERASER!
This was pretty intuitive to use. Instructions were easy and clear. Applying it was easy but some of the dye can get onto your skin so just be prepared with makeup wipes to tidy up straight away. Loved that I didn't have to endure that ammonia smell whilst waiting 10 minutes for the dye to set before rinsing. This product is so handy and helps me postpone a trip to the hairdresser which saves me money. Great for grey roots and fully covered them and truly did the job required. Would buy it again.

Quick and easy touch up
The application process was pretty easy. I thought it was a little bit too liquid for my liking as it did run down my forehead and neck a bit. I'd hate to use it in summer when I may be hot or sweating. I do have quite a lot of staining around my face and the back of my neck. It was very easy to use. I have fine long hair but I've quite a lot of it. I think im pretty close to being 2/3rd grey now naturally. It's grown out about 5mm. I found I had more than enough to dampen all of the roots over my head. I used the nozzle rather than the brush as I have long hair and it's difficult to get in between everywhere with a brush unless I'm partitioning it which takes much longer to do than 5 minutes. The results are pretty good. There are some parts which have been missed or not covered properly around my face, near my ears, and scattered throughout. It's better than it was that's for sure.

Grey coverage
The packaging looked good, language used looked promising ie 100% grey coverage. 10min application. The instructions were clearly set out, the contents inside matched instructions. Easy to follow, mix & apply. Good quality gloves, not cheap plastic. Application brush, was easy to apply colour to hair. Followed instructions, used the 48hr test before full application, mostly to sides and top of hair. I applied a good amount to sides, saturating my grey sections and left on for added tume as directed. It did an ok job, did not 100% cover greys bit still an ok option. Condition was lovely and easy to apply, leaving it silky. Box made it easy to dispose of contents.
