L’Oréal Paris Magic Retouch Permanent Root Touch Up Dye Kit 5 Brown

What a great product. Living remotely, this is great for a touch up till I can get into town and get my hair done. Knowing it was there, was a life saver. Instructions are easy to follow, application was a breeze and result was perfect.

Easy enough to apply, but I found it a bit tricky to cover only the roots as my grey hairs have sprouted longer than the regrowth. Was a bit difficult to only apply to roots. With a whole head cover I don't have to worry about only cover a section of the hair.

My regrowth isn't just grey anymore - it's positively white - so I was really looking forward to testing how effective the L'Oreal Paris Magic Retouch Permanent in Brown No. 5 was going to be after only 10 minutes. After carefully following the instructions, I was very pleased with how quick the process was. You have a choice of a brush or tip applicator, the tube itself is very comfortable to hold and maneouvre - especially around the nape of the neck and behind the ears, and there was zero drips to contend with. Those pesky grey hairs along my temple disappeared completely and the rich brown colour blended really well with my existing hair shade. My only negative was the product had a fairly strong odour, which is the case with many colourants, but it saved me hours sitting at the hair salon, and that alone is a huge plus! I will definitely be including this in my monthly shop!

This is such a great and convenient product for last minute touch ups before going out. Great colour, which blends in to your natural hair colour, and doesn't stand out, like some other touch ups may. You can use it daily or whenever required, as it long lasting and can take with you in your bag too.

I found this product very easy to use and the coverage was enough to fix all those nasty little grey hairs. Colour blended in nicely also

I was disappointed that it's a one time use. I was hoping for something that could be used over a few occasions. I didn't love the brush applicator and just used the standard tip. The result was ok.

Very easy to do, loved the brush over the tip that was provided. Took only 10 mins to develop and only 5 mins to paint it on to my roots where I had grey coming through. Saved me a hairdresser appointment for another 3-4 weeks. Totally recommend for in between hairdresser appointments.

Extremely easy to use and apply simply by following packet directions. The end result is amazing and I'm super happy to have my grey's covered in 10 minutes! Perfect for time poor, busy mum's! It really is Magic!

It was very easy to use. There was no irritation at all. It works very quickly and did a fantastic job covering the grey hair and regrowth. I would highly recommend this product. It also has packaging that’s recyclable.
