Didn't meet my expectations

Great product and great coverage
The product was easy to use and instructions easy to follow. The product took really well to my hair and covered all my greys. I had no problems with any reactions to the hair colour. I find that this product is a great product that gave me great coverage and intensity in colour and covered my greys 100%

Excellence Creme is Excellent!
The colouring solution was nice and thick which meant that it didn't drip down your face when colouring the hair line. It did not smell strongly of chemicals. It was easy to mix, and the comb attachment for the bottle was a nice addition to help with application. The shampoo and hair mask included were wonderful. Smelt great and left my hair clean and soft. Would definitely recommend L'Oreal Paris Excellence Creme in whatever your preferred colour!

Uplifting black boring hair
Loreal Paris Excellence Crene 6 light brown is true to what it advertises. It covered my white hair and even out my black hair to my old hair dyed hair. It gave my black hair an uplifting light brown color.

Trusted brand and product
I have used this product previously (years ago) and the formula seems to have improved slightly with new additions in the box. The creme formulation is great as it doesn't drip and there's enough there to cover my whole head of thick hair.

Wonderful coverage

Loved that it was simple enough to use. Easy to follow instructions and the colour went evenly through my daughters hair. She has quite thick hair and I was surprised that one packet was just enough for her length.

L'Oréal Excellence Crème 6 Light Brown
I have dark blonde hair and just wanted to lighten it up a shade or two so thought the light brown would be perfect but it wasn't because it made absolutely no difference at all to my natural hair colour. Whilst thankfully my hair does not feel damaged, so the protective additives clearly work, it was a complete waste of time and energy.

Great product leaving my hair soft
I love that tree pack had the colour recommended for magic root touch up that matches. The conditioning creme left my hair really soft. The color was easy to apply and the colour was really consistent

Great product
Was a great product to use. Simple instructions to follow. The colour was not what I would have chosen as with dark hair there was minimal change. I do have a few grey hairs which it easily covered. Would definitely recommend.
