Luxurious serum

My skin felt nice and smooth upon applying the serum as well as the next morning. I've used it for 3 weeks now, however, I am not sure if it's made a noticeable difference from an anti-ageing perspective. It still felt luxurious to use but I'm not sure if I can justify paying for it!

Effective

I have have sensitive skin and find it reacts with most skincare items I try but I didn’t react to this. It does what it claims, as the redness in my cheeks reduced greatly after using. In the morning I woke without my usual pink cheeks! Using the product for a month I’ve also noticed an improvement in the texture of my skin, it’s more hydrated with no more dry patches. It’s a nice watery/gel consistency and absorbs well into the skin without leaving any tacky reside. I love that you get to mix the two liquids together to activate the active ingredients but this is also what I don’t like about it as the product only has a 2 month shelf life on activation. I have seen results using, I will definitely repurchase.

Smooth Skin with Lancome

Fantastic product that gives you smooth, luxurious skin for good value. I found that this product gave my skin a more youthful glow. The bottle has a sophisticated look with an easy to use nozzle. 10/10.

Underwhelming but pleasant

The product was pleasant smelling, texture was light and absorbed well into the skin. The serum didn’t leave any greasy feeling and dried quickly. The product box has limited information and instructions on use eg. How much, how often and what to expect from using the product. I didn’t find it changed my skin tone or appearance.

Smells amazing

Not as expected

Was very excited to try this product but sadly it did not live up to the high expectations. Love the packaging and overall functionality of the bottle. The product itself smells great however I found that a little strange as added perfume isn't ideal for sensitive skin. The serum is quite thin so a little does go a long way which I appreciated. But this means it does not feel as rich or luxurious as a similar product I normally use. Product does provide a great amount of hydration which was wonderful and still felt the next morning. The downside was that my skin texture did change and not for the better. Some areas became oily and acne prone whilst others just weren't right. Overall this product is very nice but not right for my skin.

Smooth and hydrating

I really like the texture of this serum. It was very smooth and easy to absorb. Only one drop can cover my face and my skin was moisturised all night. I also noticed a reduction of redness on my face. The scent was also very nice. I would love to repeat this product.

Lancome Advanced Genifique sensitive

I was so glad to be given the opportunity to test this product. I have used Lancome products in the past. So agree with my skin and some don't. My skin loves this product! It is easy to use and goes on well. I think my skin is in better condition having used this product. My only issue with it is the scent. It smells like baby cereal (rice?) and takes a bit of getting used to.

Beautiful texture and wonderful results.

I love this serum! It has a beautiful texture that is neither sticky nor overly watery. It is easily absorbed by the skin and hydrates the skin from within instead of merely "sitting" on the skin's surface. My skin's texture and fine lines have softened after using the serum. I'm personally surprised by the results!

Great for smooth skin

I really liked the feel and texture of this face serum. I did noticey wrinkles were not as prominent and my makeup sat alot better on it. My oily skin wasn't as noticeable after a few days using this product. I will continue to use this product. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the smell of the serum.

Beautiful high quality serum

The serum comes in a gorgeous bottle. The first task is to mix the active ingredient which is easy - twist off the lid and twist on the supplied dropper lid. The serum changes colour to a cloudy blue. You don't need much of it - a little goes a long way! I suggest starting with one or two drops. It feels so smooth to massage into my face. The scent is subtle but pleasant. I saw the effects after less than a week - my skin is smoother and hydrated in the morning. It's so much easier to apply my makeup the next day, now that my skin isn't dry and rough. I would recommend this to anyone looking for softer and smoother skin.

Healthy looking skin

I was really impressed that this product works well on at times sensitive skin. After applying my skin felt plump and healthy however I didn't really see any noticeable changes to my skin from using the serum, besides from the initial application. The serum is packaged really nicely and doesn't have a strong scent to it. I don't believe it's worth the higher price tag.

The best skin finishing serum

The perfect skin finishing serum. Easy to mix and pour through the dropper. Glides smoothly on the skin. No after nasty smells or greasiness either. Light weight density of the serum makes it perfect for my combination skin

Smoother and brighter skin

I really enjoyed testing this product. It was simple to use. The dropper ensured you always used the right amount. It went on easily and really seemed to penetrate the skin well, and didn't leave the skin feeling greasy which was great. It didn't have an over powering smell either, actually it didn't really have much of a smell at all. I noticed almost straight away that my skin felt smoother and brighter and over the four weeks of use there has definitely been a decrease in fine lines around my eye area. Overall, I would definitely say there is an improvement in the texture of my skin and I will continue to use this product as I do feel it actually works.
