I didn’t get any results
I use until I finish my bottle but I didn’t get any different in my skin. It’s not worked for me

THE BEST
Hands down, this is the only product that has effectively reduced pigmentation on my skin and brightened my skin. I had acne scars from my teen years that no other product was able to correct or lighten. This did! Can’t recommend enough - especially at this price point.

Non-irritating
I found it does not irritate my acne and oily skin but it also does not get rid of my acne. Serves its purpose as a niacidmide product at an affordable price but it did nothing to help my acne. Good if I just wanted to moisturise my face a bit extra.

Keeps my acne at bay
I use this every night and it definitely helps my skin feel softer and keeps my acne at bay. I use most Ordinary products and I think it’s exceptional value for money and a high standard of ingredients and products.

Hydrates your skin in the morning
I love using this serum from The Ordinary - the perfect serum where it's not too sticky when applying from the hands to the face, but not too liquid that it doesn't sink in to your face. In an easy eyedrop applicator that goes to the base of the product so you never have to tip the bottle when you get to the bottom. I usually wear this in the morning in between eye cream and before moisturiser, and it gives my skin a much-needed hydrating boost!

Nothing ordinary here!
Nice clean looking packaging. A simple design makes it feel like a clean brand. The serum was a bit sticky to apply but soaked into my skin well and didn’t leave a residue on the surface of my face. I liked it!

Very Hydrating and Smoothing
I enjoy this product for its hydrating and smoothing effects. I have very dry flaky skin and this product definitely had a hand in adding hydration. I don’t believe I had the effect of evening out my skin tone though.

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1%
I have sensitive skin and sort of skin issues like hormonal acne and combination of skin dryness and oiliness. I have used Ordinary brand before and I love this brand. This Niacinamide is great for my skin. It's gentle and I don't breakout using this. The skin also absorbs this really well. After a month of using it, I've notice how my skin looks less dull. I highly recommend this product.

Love this brand!
As a mum my skin/hair is always put on the back burner so I’m always looking for easy and affordable products. This brand is one of my absolute go tos! Not only is it cheap, it’s literally has a product for every person and they actually work! Niacinamide is great for brightening and really helps my over-oily skin!

Did not see any results
I hace used this serum for 6 months. Pro’s- did not irritate my skin, very good price point and seemed hydrating.

Game changer for my skin!
I’ve been using The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% for a few months now, and it’s become a key part of my skincare routine. My skin is naturally oily and prone to breakouts, and this serum has really helped calm things down. I’ve noticed my pores look smaller, and my skin feels smoother and more balanced. It even seems to control some of the excess shine I usually get during the day. You definitely won't see results overnight, but at its low price point I think it’s absolutely worth it. If you’re struggling with oily or acne-prone skin like I was, I’d definitely recommend giving it a try!

Hydrating
This is a perfect addition to my skin care routine and it leaves my skin feeling moist, smooth and hydrated I also found it to help with acne and it is full of high quality ingredients which is a bonus I would highly recommend
