ghd Duet Blowdry

What an amazing little hair tool this is. Start using straight on wet hair and within 5-10 minutes you have beautiful, frizz free bouncy hair. I would definitely recommend this product!!

I was SO excited to try this product. I've loved GHD products forever and have their hairdryer and straightener. But I was left underwhelmed. On the pros I will say it dried my hair quick. And it didn't need to heat up to a scorching level to do it. However, the bristles are hard and unmoving, unlike a hogs hair brush for example which has some give in the bristles. What this means is that if you turn/roll it as you run it down your hair, you're going to get your hair all caught up in it and end up with a big tangled mess. It also makes it a lot harder to dry the hair closest to your scalp, as the hard bristles just stop you getting it in close enough. Given it doesn't get that hot, you don't need to worrying about burning your scalp so the hard bristles are just annoying. Also makes it almost impossible to create lasting bounce or waves. Whilst the GHD is gentle, on my hair, it's just not effective enough to warrant me swapping from the cheap version I've already had for years.

This is hands down the best hair dryer/styler I have ever used! The biggest difference I noticed between this dryer and other similar dryers, is that once i have slept on my hair overnight, my hair is completely messy/frizzy again, where the GHD dryer dry and styles my hair in a way that even after an overnight sleep my hair remains smooth and hardly needing any restyling the next day. The dryer can be used on wet (towel dried) or dry hair. It heats up quickly to a safe heat level so you can dry your hair off with minimal damage. I found this incredibly easy to use, sectioning off your hair and placing the brush head at your roots, and slowly drag it down the hair until its dry and smooth. I also liked to wrap my hair around the brush head to add in some extra curls. Its also a super quick process, I wouldn't be spending more that 10 minutes doing my hair from wet to completely dry and styled. Overall, this is a great product and will be using it daily going forward.

Oh, the ghd Duet Blowdry is amazing! It's a total game-changer for styling your hair. The results are always so sleek and professional. I love how it makes my hair look and feel super smooth and shiny. It's definitely a must-have for anyone who loves a good blowout! And the travel case, luc to say the least

I would not recommend using this product for long hair however if you wanted to quickly dry your hair and add volume perfect as it gets tangled

I have had blow dry brushes in the past and have never been impressed or seen them as worth it, so I was interested to see how this product would compare! It comes with a really nice quality storage bag that is heat safe and unzips to lay flat so that I could place my Blow dryer onto it while doing my hair. It also comes with a really handy little cleaning brush that and works really well and easily gets the hair out of the blow dryer. I used it with the GHD Volume Forever cream, and it was super easy to use and hold, wasn't too heavy or awkward and dried my hair a lot quicker than other blow dry brushes in the past. Best of all it actually gave my hair volume and was easy to use around the roots without burning my head or feeling too hot and uncomfortable. It is definitely worth the money, it is something I use every time I wash my hair now and I would recommend it to friends to purchase for themselves. Would make an awesome gift for someone.

I am completely obsessed with the duet blow dry from GHD. I have fine dead straight hair that lacks volume and bounce. This gives me a salon blow dry in under 10 mins. I can not express how much I love it. I also have lipoedema in my arms and that means my arms get very sore normally when blow drying. This has reduced that significantly because I can support the tool with two hands and it does the work of a dryer and brush. The only thing I would suggest is some sort of tool to clean it as the hair can build up a bit and I get nervous using a comb to remove the hair.

Easy to use and I can get that salon blow dry at home. Core doesn't tangle. Lightweight and glides nicely on hair. Not too loud either and dries the hair quickly. A heat protection glove would be nice to use it with, there's just one section of the blow dry brush that's hot to touch accidentally.

It took me a few goes to get the hang of it and I'm still learning how to do the curls. But it works amazingly! My hair is actually frizz free once dry now and it's very prone to frizz! It also feels so silky and smooth. I recommend practicing on a friend to work out how to get the curls.

Wow! I’ve tried multiple of these hair tools as a girl with curly, frizzy hair and I am amazed with this one from GHD! My hair visibly looks so shiny and frizz free and it holds the style well. Would happily recommend to any girls with curly and frizzy hair.

Wow! I have never been so thrilled to try a product before. I used to think that a blow dryer is just a hot air blowing machine. NOT ANYMORE. I have extremely fine hair, seriously, there are babies with thicker hair than mine. On a hair calibrator I measure a minuscule 32 microns, about half the normal hair width. Hair dryers have always left me with frizzy flyaway hair that I had to use a straightener on to iron them down. Not anymore. This dryer is amazing, It has an oval shaped brush at the top and the hot air is distributed evenly through the bristles. Even though my hair is cobweb fine it doesn't get caught or snagged in the brush like other brand brush dryers have. My hair is long so it can be a bit laborious to style the traditional way. I love this dryer so much that if it ever dies on me I'll get another one. The initial learning curve was steep but once you have used it a few times you get the hang of it. Hair is glossy and smooth after using this dryer so I am very happy.

This was actually an overall great product. I loved that it came with the heat resistant bag. I have thin but long hair so this was somehow useful to dry and comb my hair at the same time however it didn’t make much difference compared to using just a blow dryer for me. This would be more suitable for people who have thicker hair. Even if I wanted to style my thin hair, it just wasn’t really working for me.

Pros - gave some volume to my thin hair. Heats up quickly. Heat resistant mat is awesome. Swivel cord is great. Dries hair quickly. Cons - little bit heavy. End of brush gets quite hot

I’m obsessed with my new DUET BLOW DRY 2-IN-1 HAIR DRYER BRUSH. It pairs well with the GHD volumising cream which conditions hair for more volume as well as a heat protectant. This product dries and styles the hair simultaneously for a smooth and great looking hair which saves a lot of time. When you first switch it one, It heats up quickly and gives 2 beeps which tells you it’s ready to use. It was very easy to use and left hair looking nice and fresh. There was no heat damage when using with the GHD volumising cream. It looks like a great quality product with nice packaging. The box came with a nice carry bag and cleaning tool. The bag also opens up to use as a mat when you’re done using the tool. Highly recommended to all hair types. This is the only tool I will use when drying and styling hair.

Has used this product for around 2 weeks. Results were good. Hair looks more volumed now. Will definitely recommend this product to try. And will buy again as well. Liked it. Good product
