Okay, maybe it is not all-in-one. But it is EXTREMELY close! This incredible invention not only dries AND straightens hair in record time, but I've managed to get loose curls and other gorgeous, long-lasting looks with my ghd Duet Style. On first use, the styler heated to the drying setting in mere seconds. This setting made it almost too easy to dry my hair, leaving it straighter than I have ever managed with a hairdryer and styling brush, without the muscle burn of holding up a heavy hairdryer #IYKYK. Then when switching to the "style shot" (again, took no more that 5-10 seconds), the styler glided through my hair leaving it looking healthy and beautifully sleek. The ghd Duet Style did take a little getting used to (mostly just the angle to hold it at), as the body and plates are larger than straighteners I have previously used. That being said, I roped my boyfriend into drying and styling my hair while I finished my make up one day when I overslept, and he picked it up immediately!

I was sceptical at first because I have long and very thick hair. But the tool surprised me in it's performance and results! The tool dried my hair thoroughly (no more wet spots where I miss it through blow drying) and it is sleek and shiny! I Loved the shine shot function, that took my hair to a whole other level! My hair felt soft, sleek and shiny. And the styling lasted for days afterwards without needing a touch up. My hair felt soft and not at all damaged or dry and brittle (which can sometimes happen with other styling tools). It simplified my routine, without compromising the results!

I really enjoyed using the ghd Duet Style tool. It looks and feels like a premium styling tool and was easy to use. I found the tool allowed me to be more flexible with my haircare routine as I would normally wash my hair of a night time and style of a morning however with the ghd Duet Style, I was able to wash and style in the morning with one tool rather than using a blow dryer then styling - this saved me time. I was thrilled to receive the ghd Duet Style to use - I love ghd! The combined hairdryer and straightener in the one tool is such a time saver - I no longer have to dry then straighten: it's all done at once with the Duet Style. When you switch on the styler, it makes a hairdryer-like noise as it blows hot air on your hair in between the ceramic plates, and at the same time, the ceramic plates straighten your hair. I have straight hair, but it is a bit frizzy as it dries after washing, so the dryer and straightener in one is perfect for my hair. The ghd Duet Style is super easy to use, and I love the light and sound signals on temperature readiness - also impressively quick to heat up and down. Once my hair is dry, I always use the Shine-shot mode to really finish straightening and leave my hair very shiny. I use the ghd Sleek Talker oil each time to protect my hair. I'm so impressed with how sleek, smooth and soft my hair is after using the ghd Duet Style - it looks salon perfect!

I like the fact that this is a tool that makes straightening and smoothing more convient (and means I'll only need to pack one tool when travelling!) Easy to use (although I think the button could be in a better place as i kept pressing my hand on it when styling). My hair definitely looks better after using the GHD than a normal hair dryer and then straightener process, and it makes the second part more efficient. My hair was noticeably less frizzy than after normal straightening. Very simple tool to use, i love that this is a thing! Will definitely change my hair routine as I loved the results. Results lasted well, a good 24 hours!

The styler looks very good and loved the protecting cover. It was great to have a device which dries and styles at the same time. It is easier when the hair is half/more than half dry. The shine shot mode really makes the hair shiny and smooth. It lasts till the next wash. I felt the device is a bit heavy for my arms.

Initially I was concerned by the noise and the bulk of the GHD Duet Style. On using it I found it quite easy to use and the noise was not as bad as I thought it would be. The usual concern of having the styler near the roots was promptly disregarded as it felt warm but never hot like other devices. I found that it only took 3 passes on towel dried hair to achieve a sleek straight appearance. My hair felt smooth light and maintained its shine for longer than I expected. With a quick run through (less than 5 minutes to do) I was able to maintain sleek frizz free hair for 2 days. It definitely is a game changer when you want straight hair straight out of the shower. I no longer need to go from shower to towel, to hair dryer to straighten.

I have thoroughly enjoyed using this product. As someone who has highly processed hair I was concerned it may further damage my hair. However I was pleasantly surprised that it hasn't seemed to impact the health of my hair. I have also enjoyed that I can now not not stress about wether i have the time to wash, dry and straighten my hair before going out. In comparison to another dryer straigtener product the GHD duet styler provides a much simpler process and a greater look. The first time i used the styler i forgot to use oil and my hair was a bit fluffy, so the oil os definitely key for my hair.

You do need to play with it for a few times before you get used to it. I find a normal hairdryer makes my hair fizzy and very dry but this styler leaves my hair smooth, I feel well put together and no fizz. My hair is soft after use too. Saves me so much time when I’m getting ready from wet hair! Love it

This is a fabulous hair tool invention! I’ve never been a fan of using blow dryers, not only because of the heat damage but mainly because it takes time and it’s hot and uncomfortable to use all the time. The ghd Duet Style solves that problem for me as it not only dries my hair gently and does not cause any heat damage but it also smooths and styles my chemically straightened hair all in under 15 minutes! This is the first of its kind and I know the hype will be real. If I had to nit pick at all, I would have liked the styler to come with a travel pouch or bag, however it definitely wouldn’t deter me from purchasing or recommending the styler. All in all, this is a fabulous product!

By the second use I really got the hang of it! So easy to use! Couldn’t believe how quick it was to dry, And extra shine in seconds! Hair was super shiny and smooth! Hasn’t damaged my hair at all. If anything it looks healthier for days!

I have never been able to blow dry my own hair and so usually wait till it dries naturally before using my ghd straightener. This process can take a whole day but using this product is fool proof and made my hair straightening so much quicker! The blow dry was very quick but quite noisy - like a hairdryer. It didn’t leave my hair frizzy like a normal hairdryer and it was very simple to use. I did have to use the straightener as it wasn’t as straight as I’d like but my hair didn’t burn and it felt so much softer than using my old ghd. I love his device!!!!

I was very skeptical with this product as I’ve tried others similar and how wrong I was in thinking it wouldn’t do what it says it does the wet to dry was so easy to use didn’t take long at all my hair is very frizzy so worried it wouldn’t do what it said it would but it did. Normally I just go for straight hair but with the one touch shine shot mode I went from straight to waves in seconds it truly was amazing my hair held all day I got compliments all day about it I was able to dress it down for the beach the next day in a sleek ponytail so from sheek to sleek so easy. My hair felt glossy fresh stayed put all day lasted easy a good 3-4 days without any dirty residue etc. it was a amazing as my hair normally feels very heavy this tool combined my hair and brought out the natural beauty I know my hair always had. Since using the tool I’ve seen a a lot less breakage a lot less split ends hair loss is pretty much next to nothing it feels healthy and fresh I’m soooo happy.

Love this product! Love how it looks, so sleek with the white. Also loved the smell of the sleek oil. Worked with ease and helped my hair stay straight for long. Only thing I didn’t love is the oil didn’t help too much for flyaways and my hair after straightening got quite a few. I’ve definitely changed my hair routine to incorporate this in! Shine shot mode worked well but took me a bit to understand what it did.

OMG this styler is a game changer! The combination of dryer and straighter in one is amazing. Whilst it did give me a fright when I first used it with the loud drying function (think aeroplane taking off noise haha), it works an absolute treat! I love being able to do this on wet hair and not have to worry about frying my hair as it dries on the straightening plates. It’s easy to use, I do have very thick hair so needed to run the styler over each section several times to get it fully dried. But the results were well worth it. My hair didn’t feel dry and crisp like when using other straighteners. The shine shot is a great way to finish the styling, it makes a noticeable difference is the shine. Overall this product comes highly recommended. And I will continue to use it and it makes my hair styling routine so much easier having a dryer and straightener all in one!
