Creamy
A must on a cheese board. My favourite pairing is to have this with pear jelly. the double cream brie has a nice earthy flavour and creamy texture that goes so well with a floral fruit. Always buy this when having friends over.

Fabulous
The Castello double Brie is a lovely product to add to any grazing board. It is rich in flavour and delicious added to any cracker. It is easy to cut with your cheese knife and is so smooth and creamy. Highly recommend

Creamy, good flavour
My partner and I really enjoyed this cheese! It’s gooey on the inside and not ridiculously overpowering but with a good creamy flavour. We will definitely get it again if it goes on special

Creamy Castello Goodness
I am one of those cheese lovers who tries to avoid what my kids call 'fluffy cheese'... yes, i am talking about the rind! I will purposely stick to a naked rind on most occasions as i just don't like the mouth-feel of that flavour-packed fluffiness! Well, this cheese had me in a kerfuffel! It was so creamy and delicious that i forgot all about my rind preferences on my second bite and proceeded to eat everything! E.VE.RY.THING! Rind and all! Now, in regards to the rind for any of you out there whom are like me ... yes, there is a bit of 'fluff' but not a whole lot like so many other soft cheeses! 110% worth the buy!

Not all Bries are built the same and this one is just so beautifully creamy and gooey. We love this one in our house with some biccies.

Castello taste
Was introduced to this Castello Double Cream Brie at a family function and it has become a favourite on all my platters. This double Cream Brie is a quality product that is creamy, thick and lovely texture in the mouth. Definitely recommend.

Delicious
Not a real cheese person although this cheese is delicious and perfect for picnics, really love the taste and texture of the cheese, it is unique although delicious. Would highly recommended this cheese to both cheese lovers and non cheese lovers

Delicious!
This brie is heaven. It is super thick, creamy, rich and indulgent. I put it on some water crackers, and it was a match made in heaven. Would definitely recommend and buy again.
