Excellent All Rounder
Overall, I love this product. I've always wanted a multi cooker as well as a cast iron pan for roasts in my oven, but could never justify the cost or space of having both. This appliance does everything I need and more - slow cooking, frying, steaming, and I can use the dish in the oven for low temp bakes too. 10/10 perfect for a time and space poor family.

Ultimate multicooker!
Wow! This is the product I didn’t know I needed. The Breville Ultimate Cook 6-in-1 Multi Cooker has the ability to sauté, steam and slow cook as well as being able to place directly into the oven for baking. When slow cooking, the pan can first brown the beef and aromatics before switching to slow cook function saving the use of multiple pans. Having this product has also made keeping multiple appliances now not necessary saving so much precious kitchen storage space! I love how the cord at the bottom also tucks away so neatly as it makes it so compact and easy to store. The cast iron pan is seperate to the cooking element and can be placed directly in the oven with the lid making it perfect for also making baked recipes after cooking ingredients in the pan. I absolutely love the Breville Ultimate Cook multicooker and cannot wait to try more recipes using it!

Good features, runs a bit hot, rusty lid
Cooked 3 meals and tried just about all the features. Pros: - Good sturdy build quality - Large pot size, great for a big family - Appropriate cord length with the ability to hide it under the unit - Satisfying clicky buttons - Great features! Love the ability to sear and slow cook in the one pan. - Loud beeps to signal end of cooking cycle Cons: - The pot is cast iron and quite heavy making it tricky to get in and out of the sink to clean - Being cast iron, the lid has started to show some rust around the lip - No delay start which would be really handy particularly for a unit at this price point - If you accidentally hit the start/cancel button then turn the unit back onto the previous setting, it goes through the pre-heat cycle again even though it’s hot! Easy mistake to make as there’s no “ok/confirm” button, so you instinctively go to press the Cancel button after making a temp/time adjustment. Overall, solid unit and one that we’ll use weekly for cooking family meals.

Incredibly useful kitchen addition
Wow! I adore the Breville Ultimate Cook Multi Cooker! I find I’m using it most nights of the week, as a faster, easier way to cook meals than the stove or oven. No point finding a space in the cupboard for it - it lives on the bench for easy access! love the cast iron pot - it’s clearly excellent quality and very durable. And easy to clean! The pre set functions are easy to use, and simple to modify if needed. So far I’ve only tried savoury foods but I can’t wait to try some steamed puddings! Overall I highly recommend this cooker. I am so impressed. As someone who uses the slow cooker a lot during winter, I can’t wait to use this instead - being able to brown and sauce everything before switching to slow cook is a game changer! Run, don’t walk to buy this.

Bulky, overhyped and disappointing
The Ultimate Cook Multi Cooker left me disappointed. While it technically works as a slow cooker, the advertised 6 functions are misleading—3 are just different slow-cooking speeds, not unique features. I expected a versatile device but got a glorified slow cooker. The enamel coating chipped almost immediately, and the lid handle screw rusted after seasoning the pot for the first time—before I even cooked in it! Adding to the frustration, it’s handwash only, which is inconvenient for families who are time-poor. The cooker is also incredibly heavy and so large that it doesn’t fit in my walk-in pantry, making storage a hassle. While it might suit someone needing a big, single-purpose slow cooker, it’s not a practical choice for most households. My basic rice/slow cooker, which takes up half the space and offers more versatility, far outperforms this product. Overall, my experience with the Ultimate Cook was frustrating, and I can't recommend it.

Outstanding Breckle 6 in 1 Cooker
I had the delight of being able to test out this 6 in 1 cooker! The many functions include low and high slow cooking, sautéing, steaming, searing and a fast cook option I tested it out with a slow cooked beef stew on low for 8 hours! The 5.5L capacity of the cast iron cooking pot was large enough to make a full dinner for a family of 4 with plenty left overs for lunch! Yay! It’s sleek design slots right into the kitchen matching up with other appliances and looks the perfect fit to my kitchen. I also tested out the Steam option with some Pork Gyoza’s (didn’t take a picture was too hungry! Oops) I would happily recommend purchasing one of these cookers for any big or small kitchen as it has taken away the need for multiple other appliances.

Great Multifunction Cooker
The cooker is very easy to use. The manual was easy to follow and provided clear instructions both on use and cleaning/care. The settings panel on the front is clear and easy to utilise. I made different types of dishes and the versatility was fantastic. All meals were cooked perfectly and in the expected time. It is a nice looking unit and easy to move and store as required. For a busy mum of small kids, I did find cleaning a bit more time consuming and gentle than most clean up would be.

Good product but not for me
Great sleek traditional and contemporary look. The dish is very heavy, and I worried I’ll break it or hurt selfish lifting it. Wish the instructions had more examples/recipes. Maybe with color? Fast cook function - I used this for making a chicken. Cooking creates a lot of moisture and liquids which steams the food. Needed to lift the lid with oven mitt as it’s hot and steam hurt my arm. The fast cook reduced the cook time by about 10 minutes which was great. Unfortunately even with oil on the bottom the chicken stuck to the surface. Slow cook function - great and easy to use like any other slow cooker. Didn’t think there was a difference from other appliances. Dish and lid appear to have rust on them if left wet for too long. Overall it’s a good product but not something I would buy myself. I found that I had to bring more about how to properly use it vs just throwing something on the stove or in an air fryer.

A truly efficient and helpful appliance
I absolutely loved using the Breville the Ultimate Cook Multi Cooker. I expect high quality kitchen appliances from Breville, and the Ultimate Cook Multi Cooker definitely delivered and exceeded my expectations. The cooker itself was beautiful and fit into our kitchen space and decor quite seamlessly, and it was easy to clean and season for cooking. We have made several different meals so far in it, and each one came out perfectly. The steam setting was really efficient and the veggies came out wonderful, which sometimes I tend to overdo and turn into mush on the stovetop so this is great for me. My favorite part of the Breville the Ultimate Cook Multi Cooker was being able to sauté prior to cooking the main meal, which has saved me so much time in meal preparation and clean up since I don’t have to use several pots now. That alone is worth its weight in gold as a time poor Mom, so now I can spend more time with my 2 year old daughter. I would definitely recommend it!
