Discreet Underwear Pants Large
I found this product uncomfortable & too bulky. I felt self conscious & they made me sweat a lot. They would be fine for wearing around the home but I would not recommend wearing them when out & about.

Regained confidence
Always Discreet Underwear Pants are comfortable, fit snug to the body and were not visible underneath my clothes. The fresh odour smell is quite strong. Even with leakage, it is rapidly absorbed and the odour is neutralised instantly. Previously I had been using pads, however I have had more success with the Always Discreet Underwear Pants. The only issue I had was trying to rip off the pants via the side seam as I didn’t have enough strength in my hands. This is not overly a big issue as they are easy to remove like regular underwear. Thank you for a great product that has given me the protection and confidence to go out without having to worry about bladder leakage and embarrassment. I would recommend Always Discreet Underwear Pants Large for Bladder Leaks and will be purchasing these going forward. It is frustrating having bladder issues, but grateful for a reliable product.

Great product for complete leakage coverage. Not so sure I would like these in summer as they were quite hot to wear.

Good fit and quite comfortable.
I didn't mind wearing it, the pant was a good for and quite comfortable. I did notice that it made a slight noise when walking, but I was really listening. I wasn't too keen on the fragrance, maybe if it did have a nice smell, I would like them more, but don't really like that scent. The fit was good and stayed in place well.

Surprisingly Good
These pants are surprisingly comfortable and no one knew I was wearing them. These are great if you are worried about going out because you might sneeze, cough or jump and have bladder leak.

A Great Solution for Difficult Problem
The fabric weave cover is soft and comfortable, it doesn't rub into little white pills on the surface. The leg elastics don't rub or catch, so there is no irritation of delicate skin. The stay dry cover provides excellent protection and you feel clean and fresh the whole time you are wearing them. The moisture-absorbing core is stable and protects from leakage. The bows and flowers around the waist are a nice touch. The only issue is that white is not suitable under all clothing. Some darker colours - blue, purple or magenta, or designs would be a nice change for such a utilitarian product. We know we need them but why are they boring!

Great as a back up
I was a bit surprised at the material used. It’s probably because I have young children In pull ups but that’s what the reminded me of.. just adult ones.. due to having kids I can leak a little.., another thing to remind them of at their 21st s I use modibody underwear. These will be my 2nd choice should the need arise as they definitely do the job and hide our little secrets.

Subtle protection
I was a bit apprehensive to wear these out in public at first. But once I got over the stigma of wearing them, I was fine to wear them out. They were very comfortable to wear and I felt very protected and confident that if I 'leaked', I would be okay wouldn't feel embarrassed about it.

Always Discreet
This product was fantastic. They were so comfortable did not rub or chafe just felt like my normal underwear. They have just a subtle scent of lavender which I loved. They caught all the little bladder leaks and I still felt fresh and dry. They will be great to wear on holiday or when I go on a day trip to keep me feeling fresh and confident especially on Probus trips when I spend a lot of time laughing which causes small bladder leaks. I will be able to laugh and joke all day long with my friends and still feel comfortable. This is a great product.

not bad to use
I found them ok to use. They were comfy to wear and the protection was good. The feeling of not having to wear a pad was great and I could get used to them. A fair amount of bladder lose for me and was still protected. I would recommend them to others if asked. Different colour would be great

Remedy for me
Have been trying several of this type of product as I have a prolapse. Pessary inserted has caused incontinence to be much worse, so now need assistance for that. This product is excellent for the times when I need an all day helper. At home I can often use a good pad, but I need extra protection when going out to help my confidence. These are excellent. A photo is not really appropriate.
