Totally worth it!
Ok, so at first I admit I felt hesitant to wear pants as a form of leakage protection. However, my uncertainties did not last long because they are super comfortable, totally reliable against accidents, eliminate odour and there is no way of telling (under various types of clothing) - very discreet.

Pants are comfortable to wear but pad is rather bulky and unsuitable for fitted clothing. Would be more suitable for heavy bladder leaks.

Always Discreet pull ups
Overall I thought the pants were quite good. Quite comfy to wear, better than another brand I had trialled and reviewed. I would wear them day or night. Bottom bunches up a bit though, so I felt a bit weird thinking they might be noticeable. I pulled up higher and helped a little. Would be annoying if you had a smaller bottom, definitely for a bigger bottom than mine.

Always Discreet Underwear Pants Large are fairly comfortable to wear, super absorbent with no leakage and it doesn't look like you are wearing a bulky Pants. Highly recommended for light Bladder Leakage.
