Stops Leaks
These do what they say they do, no leakage, no smells and are non irritating to the skin. At a reasonable price I would buy these.

Completely dry!
These pads, while a little on the big size for me, kept me completely dry and I could not tell that I had leaked. I would have liked for the pad to be a little smaller as I don't have big accidents. They did not irritate my sensitive skin at all, so I would use these again.

Discreet Comfort
I found Always Discreet Pads Small nicely comfortable & easy to use. They come individually wrapped, with an easy to remove wrapper that can be used as a cover to wrap around & discard a used pad. Always Discreet Pads are thin enough to be invisible yet are rather absorbent to keep you feeling safe & protected. I was a little concerned that the ‘small’ would be too small but they were a descent length, perfect actually. Pleasantly surprised & a brand a would purchase regularly.

Always Discreet.
I was sent a packet of Always Discreet pads for bladder leak protection small size for me to trial. I trialled these pads over a seven (7) days so I could give them a good test. I am small in height & found the pad to be a bit long for me. The pad did do as stated on the package. The pad kept you dry and didn’t leak. But if you didn’t place the pad correctly on the gusset of the undies. I found the sides of the pad curled into the centre & irritated the inside of my legs. There isn’t a front or back on the pad so there isn’t the problem of accidentally placing the pad incorrectly. I would recommend them to anyone who has a small bladder leak. The pad does keep you dry, is discreet and doesn’t bunch.

Discreet
Discreet is a good liner for accidental leaks. It turns all secretions into a jelly-like mass. Stays the area dry though I think it’s not really good coz bacteria can accumulate. Just be wary to change it when you see there are heaps of jelly already as it can irritate the skin if left behind for too long

Always Discreet Trial
Thank you for allowing me to try this product. For me I found them to be very effective. I had no leakage and they keep relatively dry. It was getting so annoying changing underpants a few times and day and now I don't have to. The pads were quite comfortable and I liked the fact that there was no fragrance as I have allergies. Bladder leakage no matter how small is extremely uncomfortable and embarrassing and I am so grateful this is being addressed.
