I always knew about Eno but never considered using it as i thought it was for people with health issues. I discovered after i had my son, that i became prone to heartburn. It got so uncomfortable that i could not enjoy my favorite red wine or some of my dishes such as curries. I got so uncomfortable that i even struggled to sleep because of stomach acid.
