I suffer a lot from heartburn and sometimes even acid reflux. Since I started taking ENO I haven't had a violent attack of acid pushing up my throat and waking me from sleep. I also haven't felt any burning sensation on my ches even though I eat so mich spicy food. I love my ENO and I have purchased a second bottle already before this one even finishes. My mom and husband also suffered from heartburn and they both now use ENO with me.

I ate chilly and greasy food. Then I felt otherwise after eating them. I took the ENO and it really worked very fast than I expected. I had a terrible heartburn and indigestion. And it's also good for cleaning the bladder. Well done ENO

The eno fruit salts really helped my indigestion. Didnt help me much with heartburn. Also would prefer a flavoured fruit salt as i found the regular left a weird taste in my mouth.

Eno is very convenient to deal with heartburn as it works just a fee minutes after taking. I literally struggle with heartburn after meals but eno has made my life easier. I took it 30 minutes after a big meal and not too long after that big burrrrp I was relieved. I just love eno

Eno active fruit salt gave me somewhat instant relief to heartburn and indigestion. I know that Eno has been around for decades as I remember my parents using it what I was a child and sometimes medicated us with it. I would always buy over the counter antiacid medications but never though of using Eno. I will reconsider my choices when purchasing relief for antiacid.
