The product came at a perfect time for me to test on my daughter, she was teething and experienced diarrhea which resulted in having a rash (hope this is not too much info). When applying the product, my baby screamed her lungs out, I thought the cream was burning and not soothing. I don't think it is good to apply on broken skin, otherwise the cream feels silky and smooth.

Dexpan baby bum cream is perfect for my baby. It removes the dryness, repairs and nouriches baby bums. I'd highly recommend it for babies, since baby skin is very sensitive. I'm definitely recommending it to family, friends. I'm also definitely rushing to the shops to buy it. Awesome. I love it.

My daughter doesn't have an issue with irritation from nappies Soni rarely use bum cream. Though I did try this and I noticed a bit of a difference in her skin. And it's great from general rashes.
