The Cream came at a time when Baby had a nappy rash. I wasn't using anything to treat it and tried Dexpan Baby Bum Cream. His skin condition improved drastically and within 4 days it was almost cleared. 7 days later his skin was back to normal and all I can say this product is worth having in your nappy bag!

I absolutely loved it. It is so ultra creamy and very easy to use. It is not sticky at all, it sinks in to the skin very easily without causing dry skin afterwards, that constantly need cream.
