This is super hydrating!
I get super dehydrated living In the hot Arizona desert. This stuff is a lifesaver, and I mean for real. Normal water does not hydrate you to the fullest, you need salts and electrolytes to help the cells absorb water. This stuff is amazing and makes you feel tip top!

Hydration
Liquid IV is one of the more expensive hydration mixes on the market but you get what you pay for. Good flavors and no artificial anything. Great before a long workout or after a long night. Caution to watch the b vitamin content in relation to the rest of your diet.

Perfect Before Those Late Nights
My husband and I love Liquid I.V.! We drink one before and after drinking so we don’t get a hangover. I work a very strenuous job so I make sure to always have some there too. This flavor is definitely my favorite!

Pretty Good
I love the liquid IV. Passion fruit is the best flavor by far. They are great if you need hydration, an electrolyte boost or simply just to drink. They are really good, worth the price and worth your time. They have great benefits as well.

My Husband’s Fav
My husband is obsessed with these things. He says they really keep him hydrated since he has a problem remembering to drink enough water. Tastes good I drink a couple myself!

Liquid IV
Liquid IV is our favorite electrolyte drink mix. As bariatric patients me and my spouse both need a little boost to stay hydrated and these have great taste and flavors. Perfect for 16oz bottles of water. Does not leave any after taste like some others may. And the flavor is on point. Our hydration is much easier to obtain since we started using Liquud IV.

Too strong of flavor
I followed the directions on this and no matter what flavor I had used it just seems super strong. It just was too sweet. I had to water it down a lot but once I got it watered down it was fine. I probably had to double the amount of water That it said.

No thank you Passionfruit
I love all of liquid IVs flavors, except for this one. Passionfruit is by far my go-to fruit and flavor when available for products. Unfortunately, this flavor with liquid IV comes off as a floral perfume, and definitely does not replicate real passionfruit.

must have for run days
I like to drink these the night before and morning of any races I do. It does well to keep me hydrated and has a decent taste. I hate the salty electrolyte drinks. This is also good to have on had after a night of drinking alcohol. You'd be surprised how bad being dehydrated can make you feel-LiquidIV to the rescue

I absolutely love these
I have often forgotten to hidrate and having these around makes it so much easier to stay hydrated amd enjoy drinking water. They help me when I am feeling like I have a cold or any other day.

Great when working outdoors
I dehydrate quickly when working in the yard and this helps me so much.

Hydration powder
I had an open mind to trying the hydration powder. Unfortunately like most powders it just lacks the ability to melt completely to fit my taste.

100% recommended
This tates so amazing, it's almost like candy. An will hydrate you really quickly. I loved how easy it was to dissolve in bottle water when shaking it. I recommend this 100%

Favorite Flavor
This is my favorite flavor of Liquid IV. It is fruity without being overwhelming and it just the right amount of sweetness. I tend to stretch the packet over a few bottles of water and I can tell it really helps me feel more hydrated. It's especially nice after a day at the beach!

LiquidIV
LiquidIV is my go to for hydration. With an autoimmune disease, it's hard to get in enough fluids and stay hydrated. This is an easy and tasty way to make sure I'm getting enough water. I'm glad they also have sugar free options as well.
