My Hair and Nails actually got better.

Ok so I am in my late 60's and you know how older people nails especially their toe nails look as you get older. Well I was loosing a toe nail and it just wasnt healing or growing that much so I started taking Hair Skin and Nails Gummies and my toe nails started to look amazing and my hair started growing again. I don't know whats in the Nature's Bounty Gummies but I am a believer now

Beautiful nails!

I had been taking the capsule form for quite awhile and picked up the gummies about 2 months ago. I found the taste of the gummies a bit off and not to my liking. I will switch back to the capsule form with my next purchase. My nails have been so much stronger while using their products.

Good overall biotin source

Tastes good and a good alternative if you find it hard to take the capsules. The gummy has a good consistency and texture too. I noticed my nails become stronger and hair has less polite ends after taking this regularly.

Hair and Nails Nutrients

I got this from costco. The taste of these gummies are sweet but very good. It’s like if you were eating a yummy healthy piece of candy. I believe that this works since i saw improvement on my nail growth and that my hair got stronger even though i have bleached hair. Almost out of the bottle and would love to buy more!

Mistakes were made

Well to be honest, mistakes were made.. what I mean is that when I purchased this product I must have been under the impression or illusion.. I will you judge..that I was going to immediately have beautiful long, strong nails.. and when that didn't happen three quarters the way through the bottle.. I concluded that the product must have been defective..not even remotely remembered my training that it takes the nail matrix a least 3 months to replace and repair damage natural nails beds.. so instead trying to rush the process..I needed to give it time..

Not so good

I appreciate the fact that they come in a gummy but I didn't like the flavor and I didn't notice any difference in my hair or nails

Good!

I took these along with taking Omega-3 supplements and eating a healthier diet. My hair, skin, and nails definitely improved but I'm not sure if it was the supplement or all 3 combined.

Beautiful Hair, Skin,&Nails!

I have been using this for going on 7 months now. It made my since feel amazing and so soft to the touch. It was really dry before. My nails were brittle were and thin so I wasn't able to have nails but now they are stronger than they've ever been and beautiful as well. My hair came out everytime I took a breath, brushed it, or styled it. Now I don't have that problem. These vitamins have done my body really good and worked wonders!!

Yummy gummy

These gummies taste so good that if they weren’t a vitamin I’d eat them as a snack lol however the benefits are also amazing! cheap brand and also very effective, would highly recommend to someone starting out with hair nails and skin products.

Not the results I was hoping for

I have been taking these gummies for just over two months and so far haven't noticed a difference in hair, nails or skin. I'm going to finish the bottle and I will call it quits with these. I really was hopeful that these gummies would help with the thinning hair and not so great skin and nails. On the upside, they tasted fine and I guess the extra vitamins couldn't hurt.

Love these

I really like these gummies, I have been using them for years, I especially like the Advanced gummies. My nails are as hard as a rock. I would definitely recommend these vitamins.

Excellently

My hair was falling out so my doctor recommended I try these and they work great. Probably about a week after I started taking them my hair stopped falling out. They taste good and have no after taste. I would highly recommend them!

Tastes good

I’ve noticed significant nail growth while using this vitamin. It’s also helpful that eating them taste like a treat as I look forward to eating them so I rarely forget I would recommend this product. My only advice is don’t leave them in your car on a hot day as it will become one giant gummy.
