I absolutely love these
I have often forgotten to hidrate and having these around makes it so much easier to stay hydrated amd enjoy drinking water. They help me when I am feeling like I have a cold or any other day.

Great when working outdoors
I dehydrate quickly when working in the yard and this helps me so much.

Hydration powder
I had an open mind to trying the hydration powder. Unfortunately like most powders it just lacks the ability to melt completely to fit my taste.

100% recommended
This tates so amazing, it's almost like candy. An will hydrate you really quickly. I loved how easy it was to dissolve in bottle water when shaking it. I recommend this 100%

Favorite Flavor
This is my favorite flavor of Liquid IV. It is fruity without being overwhelming and it just the right amount of sweetness. I tend to stretch the packet over a few bottles of water and I can tell it really helps me feel more hydrated. It's especially nice after a day at the beach!

LiquidIV
LiquidIV is my go to for hydration. With an autoimmune disease, it's hard to get in enough fluids and stay hydrated. This is an easy and tasty way to make sure I'm getting enough water. I'm glad they also have sugar free options as well.

Liquid IV is the real deal for hydration
I work all summer long outside, and no matter how hot it gets I need to perform at my best. So, I’ve tested a variety of hydration drinks, powders, and techniques. By far, my favorite choice is Liquid IV’s electrolyte powder that I mix with bottled water and toss into a cooler before heading to work. These come in pre-packaged servings that are easy to rip open and pour without making a mess. The flavors are excellent and if I want to cut down on the sweetness I simply add more water to the bottle. This stuff works like it says, absorbing fast and making me feel “human again” so that I can tackle the responsibilities of my job consistently throughout any hot and rugged day.

Helps me stay dehydrated
This sure helps me stay dehydrated! I don’t like drinking plan water all the time and this helps me with that. However, some of the flavors are just not my favorite.

Excellent for Re-hydration
This product is easy to use and excellent for re-hydration. Unlike some products, you don't need to buy in bottles that take up a lot of space. It's a powder to add to any bottle of water. It's easy to become dehydrated and all you need is this powder added to the amount of water you should drink each day anyway. And it works!

I have the pineapple flavor and would be lost without it. Easy and convenient for home or on the go. Gives energy and maximum hydration. Instantly feel more alive

Refreshing
The flavor of choice is Passion fruit and lemon-Lime. This product is amazing to where I have used it all summer and got my friends to try it with success. I work outside so i usually have two bottles mixed with liquid IV in my cooler ready to go.

Yucky
I have tried many different types of electrolytes and hydration mixes and these are by far the worst tasting. The after taste is basically salt and even the flavored ones are not good. There are many better alternatives to this product

This is an incredibly effective way for those who neglect hydrating themselves and need it, or for those who just need that simple boost of hydration. Good on the go, for those at home, any time really.
