I used this product after a long hard week at work. My feet where hurting so bad. I soaked them in warm water and this for 20 mins and it completely took the soreness out of my feet. The smell helped remove tension troughout. I am grateful for the amount of relief It provided me.

Overpriced and ineffective size
As someone who has fatigue related to pain I can say this product is a joke. The name is simply an attempt to cash in on the false hope it provides. Yes, epsoms salts are wonderful for soaking in if you have sore muscles, bruises, constipation, general aches and pains and arnica is great for bruising and inflammation. However, the amount of either in this package is far too small for even a foot soak, let alone a bath. I could see if it was meant as a spot treaty/ poultice for a strained muscle- but even then the price- 1.99 for a 2oz packet is ridiculous (especially when you can get similar if not better from competitors from competitors for less than $1 per pound). Save your money and go with a different product.

Love these!!
I absolutely love these little packets and buy them at my local Walmart all the time. They are super cheap at less than $2 and you can actually get two uses out of one packet if you only use half which is plenty for me. I always feel so much better after my bath when I use these. Highly recommend!!

Great muscle pain and fatigue relief
Excellent muscle pain and fatigue relief instantly. Just soak away your pain. The combination of Epsom salts, Arnica, Blueberry & Ginger Extracts really helped after a really hard day of overdoing it. The Rosemary and Citrus refreshed and perked me up, so I could feel refreshed, relaxed and content. A must have in your bath!!

Tried the stress relief
Used to love their stress relief line sadly discontinued! PLEASE bring that line back! It was the best! Tried a packet of its replacement and it’s good too but prefer the older version

Ahhhhmazing
This is by far the VERY BEST bath soaking product I've come across in my 25+ YEARS of needing them. Besides having started young w/J.V.A. n that got worse as time went by. I've got a multitude of incurable painful chronic illnesses and autoimmune diseases. Regular baths don't help. Plain Epson salts doesn't either. My now angel husband, Had seen this while doing our grocery shopping one day. It's special for chronic pain ppl. N is infused with many homeopathic things used for pain stress relaxation,etc.... it's even approved by the national fibromyalgia association. Which is just 1 of over 20 + things I have wrong with me. Also horribly painful is my small and large fiber peripheral neuropathy. NOT TO BE CONFUSED W/ REGULAR NEUROPATHY!!!!! AS THERE'S A HUGE DIFFERENCE!!!! I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT HOW WONDERFUL THIS PRODUCT IS!. I USED BEFORE BEDTIME N HELPS ME FALL ASLEEP EASIER.

Works amazing
My husband has a sore body all the time he works 7 days a week and his job is very strenuous. I got this stuff for him as a last ditch effort and it made a huge difference. He said he wasn't as sore and it actually calmed him.

Soothing and amazing!

Better than expected!
I actually ended up really enjoying this product. I take lots of baths so I was skeptical because I have tried tons of different bath soaks and this one made my skin feel nice, it smelled very good and was very relaxing. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that loves a good soak in the tub! 4 out of 5 stars because of the price points.

Mostly Aromatherapy
I had been suffering with major aches and pains related to some exercise injuries, and I saw this product in the store and thought that it might be helpful even though I am adverse to baths (prefer showers!) So I gave it the old college try and found that I very much enjoyed the aroma the soap provided, and the atmosphere as well. However, I did not really feel anything that the soak may have done besides that. Just soaking in the bath in itself provides relief. If it were just me, I would probably rate this three stars. But my wife also tried this product, and she has fibromyalgia and is very active and as often sore, and she found this product to be great. Will try again.
