All in One Fast Acting Cold & Flu Medication!
I was very impressed as the product worked as it clams too. This will significantly improve all of the cold plus flu symptoms you would be feeling when you are sick. This behind over-the-counter medication works much faster than regular over-the-counter ones in my opinion. I highly recommend this product and everyone should keep it on hand in their medicine cabinet. This is the best all in one product you will find on the market in my opinion. Great Product!
I think this is a great product. I will definitely buy again when needed, and as needed. It would be wonderful if it helped with the cough too, but it worked so well for everything else... That the cough thing wasn't a turn off for me.

Great for colds and flus
Tylenol® Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi-Action Day Worked well for me and my wife when we came down with a cold. Cleared our sinuses and made better our colds and sore throats much better than previous products. Would recommend this for long lasting effects and made it possible to get thru the day. Works as expected

Run of the mill cold medicine
This product didn’t do what I expected. I assumed it would be more powerful than what I regularly use because it was behind the counter. It helped with congestion and headache but that was about it.

Great cold product.
