I prefer to buy separate meds for cold relief.
I always purchase generic brands of individual medicine, which is cheaper, and then only take the meds needed for the symptoms I have. With my last cold, I did not experience a cough, however, in order to try this cold medicine, I took this product which included medicine for cough. I prefer to not take medicine I don't need. Also, I prefer buying the 12 hour generic sudaphed, which controls my sinus issues longer than the 4-6 hour relief of this Cold formula.

Hassle to buy but effective

A convenient way to feel better.
I enjoyed using Tylenols extra strength cold + flu multi action day medicine. It addressed several concerns very effectively with only one product. It releived my stuffy nose, cleared up my sinuses, helped with my head and body aches, and gave me a boost of energy I needed to help get me though my day when I wasn't feeling well.

Great multi symptom product
I thought that this was great especially since I had gotten the flu which I hadn’t had in years. It eliminated me taking multiple products. I just took this for fever, congestion, cough and body aches. I would definitely recommend this product it worked almost instantly.

Multi-symptom relief
I had covid and shortly afterwards developed flu symptoms even after covid had left my system, so this really took care of multiple symptoms like body aches, headache, sweats and chills, as well as congestion and stuffy nose. I liked how I was able to take this during the day without getting tired.

Life Saver!!
This product really works. I had such a stuffy nose and a sore throat is was miserable beyond belief until I tried this product. Within 30-45min I was off the couch and able to get back to life... Very pleased
I was given the opportunity to try Tylenol Extra Strength Cold + Flu Multi Action. I received a coupon to get it free. I have to say that this product really decreases my cold symptoms. It did not take long work and lasted a good while. It worked for my stuffy nose, cough, and low grade fever. The only thing it did not help me with was my sore throat. I would definitely recommend this product to my friends and family. It was very easy to get at Pharma counter.
