So I tried this on a whim cause I always buy something new when I go to Trader Joe. I enjoy Trader Joe’s gnocchi, but I usually buy the stuffed one, it’s sooooooo good. Now this one….first….I really dislike cauliflower. Tbh, I bought it thinking it might be good for my kids. I tasted it though and was very surprised how it didn’t taste that different from normal potato gnocchi. Course it doesn’t compare to my stuffed gnocchi but then neither does regular gnocchi. Add some sauce to it, we use either marinara or pesto, and my kids had no idea, which was what I was hoping. To me, it seems a bit more dense and a bit more sticky but covered in sauce isn’t really noticeable. Try it. Good alternative to normal potato gnocchi. Now if you want excellent gnocchi try the stuffed one TJ sells or even yummier, handmade gnocchi which is simple to make but you’ll never want store bought again!

Love this gnocchi alternative
I love trader joe's cauliflower gnocchi alternative. It is low carb, filling and tasty with some sauce on it. I purchase it regularly and find it tasty and has a good texture. Highly recpmmend!
Eating it for lunch at work as I type this:)
The gnocchi is great for meal preps because it can be made into a whole meal under 10 minutes. I threw it in a pan last night with some spaghetti sauce and was tempted to eat almost half of it before packing my lunch!
The texture is pretty similar to gnocchi- but a little bit more sticky. It doesn't taste like cauliflower and is a good healthy alternative to the OG carb loaded gnocchi. 1 bag is enough for 2 small but filling portions.
I don't particularly like cauliflower and I don't always have time to cook, so these were a great solution to getting the health benefits of that veggie in a quick and easy format. It's better to roast or bake, but even if you just microwave or boil them and add some sauce/toppings, it's a great choice.

Prefer Potato Gnocchi
So, the cauliflower gnocchi from Trader Joe's is a neat idea and it works reasonably well, but I still prefer the original potato gnocchi. This is more of a texture issue than a flavor issue. Anyways, the caulifliower is still okay, but I'd prefer a larger package for the price.
This is my go to meal when I need a low calorie dinner. This whole bag (which is extremely filling), is less than 350 calories. Add some butter or other sauce of choice and you can keep dinner under 500 calories and still very filling! It definitely has a bit of a cauliflower taste, but it’s not overwhelming and blends well in a sauce. All around one of my favorite Trader Joe’s products.
If you like cauliflower, you'll definitely love this. I air fry them together with meat until crispy on the outside. Very addictive, from the day I first try it till now, it's been a month and I've already had about 10 packs. It goes out of stock quickly but also restocked quickly. Love it and will continue to eat this.

Not Bad, Not Amazing
I love cauliflower and also when it is used as a substitute in other foods, so I had to try this because Trader Joe's always has pretty good stuff. I don't usually care for gnocchi so I was hesitant. But, it wasn't too bad. Texture is ok and taste is ok, so nothing amazing. If you like both cauliflower and gnocchi, this is for you though!

Very good!!
I recently had these for the first time, and they were delicious! They have great flavor and texture. I love using them as a side dish for dinner. I always make sure to pick up a bag or two when I go to Trader Joe’s.
I've tried lots of gnocchi over the past few years. Trader Joe's has great size portions and always has spot on flavor. I highly encourage anyone that wants a gnocchi that's cauliflower to try this!!

Pretty good
This product was pretty good. Kind of had the cauliflower smell but the texture was nice
I love Trader Joe’s and I really love this gnocchi. It’s such a great side item for meals when I’m stumped on a good side to serve. Every time I go to Trader Joe’s I buy five packages of this if it is available. My husband has no idea it’s made out of cauliflower or else he would probably hate it. But now he thinks it’s kind of a rice based gnocchi and he loves it. I will continue to buy this product as long as I can find it..
We always have a couple bags of these in the freezer. I really wish the bag was larger because we always need to use 2 for a meal. The texture is so unique and they are like little squishy pillows, love them.

Tastes exactly like regular gnocchi.
This gnocchi is perfect for chicken and dumplings in a crock pot. Just wait until the last 5 min before it is done and then stir them into the pot. This gives you the ideal texture and taste. I highly recommend these and they taste just like regular gnocchi. The family has been officially fooled.
