I tried microwaving this product and it was a gummy mess- delicious - but gummy. But putting these in the air frier is the way to go! Crispy cauliflower on the outside- fluffy and dense on the inside. Great texture- yummy with tomato sauce or pesto. Better for you !

Gnocchi, where have you been?
If you are following a keto program, add these to your food cart. You can add any sauce you have on hand and have a super tasty meal. Highly recommended!
One of the best gnocchi there. You won't see the difference
Great gnocchi. Trader Joe's is having one of the best gnocchis on the market, the price is under $5, it is enough for two people lunch. You won't see the difference between cauliflower or potato gnocchi. These are one of the favorites. I also recommend to try their sweet potato gnocchi, another hit!

Great taste!!!
Most of my groceries are from Trader Joe's. I love these gnocchi. Healthy substitute for the potato gnocchi.

Love this GF option!
These are definitely better pan-fried and not cooked per the instructions. I love them with a bit of pesto and cheese and olive oil for days when all I want is a big bowl of pasta without the flour!
I always get a package or two when I go to Trader Joe's. They are easy and versatile, which makes them the perfect weeknight meal. They are not the same as fresh or boiled gnocchi, but they are still satisfying
Delicious!! I pan fried them and did a pesto sauce. So good, and the family loved it!

Surprise! These are great!
If you make these gnocchi thinking you won't be able to tell the difference from their delicious potato cousins, you'll be very disappointed. Those of us who eat cauliflower products on a regular basis know not to make that comparison, however.
That said, I was surprised at just how much I liked these! The main difference between these and the "real" gnocchi is the texture. These are much softer and you should follow the direction to avoid making them mushy. The first time we made them, we used Alfredo, which was a little too rich for me, but with pesto, red sauce or even a drizzle of olive oil with a sprinkle of cheese and they are fantastic.

GNOCCHI
Trader Joes stuff is usually good. This is no exception. Very healthy and good.
I prepared this in a skillet as described on the package and unfortunately they came out slight gummy and unappetizing. When I baked them in the oven, the texture was much better! Would recommend, but it may take a few tweaks!

Easy & Yummy
I miss living near a TJs so much. This was one of my go-to meals for a busy night when I needed an easy dinner. Delicious, and you can add extra veggies to make it even better.
