Heat warmer

A must have for period pain!!
Been using these for years! Suffer from extreme period pain and these little powerhouses are a must have for me! They can stay warm for up to ~20 hours and keep my tummy nice and toasty. Truly could not do without this product!!

Mobile Heating Pad
Dealing with cramps with a busy life or career? Wish you could curl up on the couch with a heating pad? This sticky heat therapy pad is the best I've used for those days when I have to keep going, but my cramps are pulling me down. I love how warm it gets and it lasts the full 8 hours. As it gets closer to that 8 hour mark, it becomes less warm, but it's still effective. I am able to go about my day as usual without worrying if the pad is going to come off or be noticeable. This is a lifesaver.

Really WORKS
Ladies, this heat wrap during your menstrual cycle may help you. It is wonderful for me. The heat, warth is comfortable and helps my cramp area feel so much better. It's lightweight & you certainly can move around with it on.

Works Well With One Flaw
I've used these heated wraps in the past to help ease menstrual cramps. They work well but their major flaw is the adhesive. I've tried sticking it to clothing including my underwear but it tends to bunch up or come off easily. If you have public hair, it may also stick to it making the wrap more painful to remove. I stopped using the adhesive and just added it into the front of my panty. It worked well enough. I recommend these to anyone who needs heat relief on the go.

These portable "heating pad" are really nice! They go around your waist in order to apply heat to the lower abdomen for pain relief. They're relatively comfortable and definitely emit a comfortable and pleasant heat. I actually use them for belly cramps due to colitis and I find them fairly helpful! I will say that, while it helps a bit, it doesn't completely get rid of pain/cramping and sometimes it's difficult to keep it in place. Overall, though, I recommend it!

On the go relief
For those with menstrual cramps, this provides relief away from electrical sockets! The warming effect is consistent, it lasts hours, and it stays in place. It is unnoticeable to others and my sensitive skin did not have any outbreaks due to this product!

Where have you been all my life?!
I have suffered with painful cramps since I first started my period. I was often brought to the ER due to how much pain I was in. It was then while I first joined the military (2010) that another female soldier gave me one of these life savers! While my periods are far less painful after having children, I still always have these on hand. I have also included my oldest daughter to these, so she will never have to deal with uncomfortable cramping or debilitating pain like her mother.

These are a must have for bloating and cramping!! I typically use a heating pad any way but these are so much more convenient and stay warm much longer.

Doesn't stick well
I suffer from sever cramps and thought I'd give these a try since a heating pad is about the only way that eases my cramping. Unfortunately, these didn't work for me at all. They barely got hot enough that I could even feel it and they didn't stick well. Loved the idea but it's not for me. Guess I'll stick with my heating pad

Great relief
As a pelvic health physical therapist I recommend these all the time to my patients. I love them for myself too. Another great way to use these is for back pain too.
