Nice effective product
I struggle with chronic back pain so when I was presented with this item to review I was very excited. I am always looking for products that can give me some relief. The heat of this product felt great and did give me some temporary relief.

Helpful one time heating pad
I have degenerative disk disorder and have lower back pain. I normally use a heating pad that I have to reheat a few times every hour so it stays warm. This one time pad stayed warmer longer, though I hate that it is single use

Best mobile heating pad
I absolutely love these ThermaCare heat wraps. I can put one of these on my back in the morning and have relief of sore muscles immediately and it lasts several hours. I’m on my feet at work and can’t sit on a heating pad so this is a great alternative!

Worked good, but it was too small
I read the directions and followed them until I felt something was missing. I am 59 and it is recommended that you not place it directly on the skin. After a couple of hours, I just felt like I wasn't feeling the desired results. I moved it onto my skin and it felt better. The heat brought the desired results of heat and the relaxing of muscles. It was a long day working two jobs on the day I tested this. The comfort level as far as fit was lacking and then I looked at the package again and saw that I was using S-M size. it did the job, but I feel like it would have been more comfortable and thus increased relief over a long day. I will probably share the unused with a family member who better fits the size sent. I will purchase the correct size and try it the next time I am in need of this kind of relief.

Effective pain relief for a long time
These heat wraps are amazing and easy to wear .very effective to relieve muscle spasms.it can b very easy for sudden pains while travel . The heat stays for quite a few hours and very helpful

Eliminate period cramps
I just love this product, for some reason, regular heating pads just don't do the trick but these thermal care pads work wonders. It's a miracle worker my pain goes away almost completely.

Good option when on the go
The Thermacare heat wraps work well for pain relief when on the go. I don't think it replaces my heating pad when I have time to sit and use it but when I don't have that oportunity, the heat wrap is a great option.

Warming Relief but Wrong Sizing
I am going to guess the sizing on these is not accurate. I received a S-M and I would fit a L-XL. So I tried it on my teenage son who fits the men's size (He wears a 30-32 waist) and this would not close. I tried the band around my 11-year old daughter who is not in women's sizes but a size 0-2 would run large on her and it fit her. But it's not recommended for children. If a S-M is that small I doubt a L-XL would fit me. Regardless of the sizing issue, I still wore the wrap as I fit it under a brace. It was warm and provided nice relief.

Back pain
I received these to try and test out for my honest opinion. This was my first time trying out this product. And I really didn't enjoy it. I didn't feel the heat or any relief in the pain. I had to use some other products on top of this to try and get rid of it.
