Heat does help
I did like this product and used others that are similar. The heat it puts off helps for sure, if put in a place with pain. It isn't long term relief and won't fix the problem, but it does seem to calm a strained muscle or tight muscle.

Muscle spasm relief!
As a senior with chronic back problems, I have tried most remedies for sore muscles....and Thermacare heat wraps are my first choice. They are drug free so I don't have to worry about how they might interact with my other meds. I sometimes use them before I get sore, such as during a long car ride, and I avoid that muscle spasm before it even happens. They really help with those aches and pains!

Feels like a warm hug

ThermaCare Works Best
These are great for minor aches or pains. I always try to keep some of these or a generic version handy. These ones work the best out of any brand or generic I've tried though. I like that they cone in different sizes for different areas. They don't get super hot or burn you and they do last a good amount of time. They're great to help alleviate minor pains and aches to help you feel comfortable and relax.

Excellent produit !
Ce produit est carrément mon sauveur !! J'ai des douleurs sévères au bas du dos qui m'empêchent de fonctionner et avec ce produit, ça fait tellement de bien, je l'aime beaucoup ! La chaleur est présente pour plusieurs heures ! Le seul point faible c'est la longueur de la bande. J'aimerais pouvoir l'avoir un peu plus grande ... Quand on la met, c'est ok mais avec le temps et en bougeant, ça se tortille un peu et ça devient inconfortable car trop serrée. C'est la raison pour laquelle j'ai retiré une petite étoile.

Amazing
I have done a lot of heavy lifting all my life and doing so my lower back is in severe pain. I was buying what I could to help relieve it. It puts the perfect amount of heat in all the right places. I would recommend this to anyone with slight to severe lower back pain. Thermacare is an amazing product. Thank you.

Sweet Relief!
I usually get back cramps instead of stomach cramps, which can be pretty incapacitating. These heat wraps are so convenient and easy to apply anywhere, anytime and help tremendously. Heat is the only thing that eases my cramps and I love that these aren’t bulky or obvious.

Long-lasting, soothing warmth
These heat wraps are so handy to have around. They're just hot enough to provide pain relief, and the warmth lasts for many hours. The small size is quite small and wouldn't fit around the middle of many adults, but they're a perfect size for kids or to wrap around a smaller part of the body.

Relieves pain and provides comfort
I really enjoyed using these when I had back pain. They really do provide relief and give comfort. They stay warm for a good while as well. I would definitely buy them if needed

I love thermacare heat therapy products. They are so nice after a long day of working on my feet. the heat lasts quite a long time to. It's gets the job down. My back feels so much better afterwards

Worked great
This worked so good on my back. I had the worse backache and remembered I had this, so I gave it a try. I was amazed at how good it worked. I would highly recommend.

Portable Heating Pad
I feel thermacare heat wraps are fantastic when you have to get up and move around and you are in pain and you just rather be laying on a heating pad, but you can't for whatever reason! I think the heat is evenly distributed, they activate fast, and it lasts a long time, at least it's on this they say they will but I've used them even longer than that. They really help my pain, especially in the winter months when I'm in pain and I can't be home because I have to run errands or whatever reason.
