This facial massager uses hot and cold temperatures along with sonic vibrations to allow for optimal application and absorption of skincare products.
Instead of rubbing hands now I can use the warm function to help obsorb the serum, and the cold function help close pore.

Love it
I love it. It has both cold and warm options. I use the cold option most of the time after shower and before my makeup to help reduce the puffiness. I also like to use the warm option at night to help relax

Would buy
I love cold massager option , it’s really nice the only thing is way too loud
I've been using this Plum Beauty Hot & Cold Facial Massager for one week. I use the cold setting to depuff my eyes in the morning. It works well. But there is a loud beep when changing heat to cool. I hope they can improve this in the future.
I absolutely love my hot & cold facial massager, it’s become a part of my routine, specially in the morning! The cold vibrating mode really helps depuff my very tired mama face and makes me feel ready for the day! At night, when it’s face mask time, I’ve been using the hot mode to really open up my pores before aplying the mask and I feel like it really does make a difference in how well my mask works on my skin. This product is a game changer for sure!
I was so excited when I got the package. I cut my finger from trying to open it in a rush 😆. I turned it on, I won’t lie, I was skeptical to use it, from so much tight vibration it gave, it felt as if the battery was going to pop out. 😂 I did my usual routine of cleansing and moisturizing and when it came to using it, it felt so good. Never did I imagine that our face would feel so good after such an amazing massage. This little machine might be small, but geez! It’s powerful and very efficient at what it does. I even used it on my mom and now she bought one for herself. When it gets cold, it gets cold and when it gets hot, it’s hot.
It’s a relaxing device for face massage. I would recommend for someone is looking for a good and budget product.

Great but..
I really like the warming (hot setting) a lot! It really helped work in my moisturizer and serums. It felt amazing doing the small circular motions. The serum really helps it slide...
Although the reason I was so excited was for the cooling (cold setting) effects..but I was disappointed. The cooling plate didn’t stay cool enough to really help with my puffy eyes. The plate got really cold but lost the cold when I rubbed it across my puffy eyes and cheeks. I will continue to use it and try the cold setting again and again. I was just hoping for a huge change in my dark tires puffy eyes.

Warm or Cold, it's just right
So first off this is easy and pretty simple to use. Hold down power till it beeps(btw, it's pretty loud) pick whether you'd like hot or cold, and add on vibrations or not. After that, apply your favorite serum and/or moisturizer and apply to your face!
I truly enjoyed this product. Not only were instructions easy, the charger happens to be one I've actually got a few lying around, which means if one disappears I'm not screwed. The warm is not too powerful, and I was surprised how well the cooling did its job. It's a great wake up call in the morning, especially for any eye puffiness, and the warmth feels good when I'm preparing for bed. I'm tempted to try this while using a sheet face mask just to help really absorb the product!
