great primer
after a long search, i was recommended this by an employee at ulta to use under an oil-based foundation/concealer (glossier) and was nervous to purchase because of the price. i was pretty surprised to see that it worked perfectly, no smudging or separation. whatever goes on top of this primer stays. sometimes i’ll also just use it as a nice skin refresher on a no makeup day. awesome product :)

Hydrating
This lightweight, gel-like primer provides a hydrated, plump look while creating a smooth base for makeup. It contains electrolytes and peptides, giving skin a soft, bouncy feel. Works well for normal to dry skin, but oily skin may need a mattifying primer on top. It grips makeup well, but doesn’t blur pores much. The cooling sensation is refreshing, but some may find it slightly tacky before foundation sets.

Plumps up your skin!
I love the plumping action it gives to your face. It helps make the fine lines look not so pronounced. Energizes the skin as well. If you’re a woman experiencing fine lines, this would be a good place to start. Does an excellent job of keeping your make up in place too!

Pretty good!
I bought this product as a sample size, and a little goes a long way. It has a gel like and tacky consistency and I found that it made my makeup lay on my face good enough. I didn’t notice that if it made my face plump or hydrated or not.

NYX...cellent!
Love the color, the pump portion & product! Great quality for a great price! I have dry skin and honestly hate feeling of heavy or cake like makeup especially since I have to moisturize heavily and this primer absorbs and does its thing! No residue left it works great with both matte or dewy foundation! This was my go to all summer long and so far its been great this winter!

NYX not plump enough for me
I was gifted the NYX Professional Makeup Plumping Makeup Primer. I use and like other NYX products but was a bit disappointed in this primer as I did not notice any difference from my usual Rimmel brand that costs less.

Water
Not only does this primer hold a grip for foundation but the smell of this stuff is AMAZINg AND it doesn’t seem to break my skin out. If you have acne prone skin I highly recommend!!

Love this!!

Had great expectations. This one fell a little short for me. Definitely a good value purchase. If you can splurge go for a luxury brand on your next bottle.

Plump
I love this primer. Isn’t super thick. Does not peel under my makeup. I have not noticed a breakout. I do wish however since it is drugstore the price point was a little lower. Does last a long time though.

Some hydration
I wanted to love this product, however, it only left my skin temporarily hydrated. It felt a bit more sticky. I did use it before applying m makeup. I would say it did not make a big difference overall, but not bad for temporary hydration.
